The house is a short walk from the Duomo and 'was just renovated with high quality finishes', in the flat and 'including wi-fi all the comforts and linen, the terrace in the morning and' very sunny and sun-kissed, large habitable for excellent breakfast lunches or dinners.
The flat is on the fourth floor, the building has no lift.

Lovely apartment in lovely Florence

Antonina was a brilliant host. Even though our transport was delayed, she stayed to meet us in the apartment. She also kindly checked on us mid-week to see if there were any problems and how we were coping with the heat. The apartment is lovely with a terrace - very much welcomed after days of sightseeing. The location is perfect - about 5 minutes walk from the Duomo, which you can also see from the windows of the bedroom. Thank you for you hospitality Antonina and we hope to stay with you again in the future.

Wonderful Apartment and a Gracious Host

Antonina is a most gracious host. Her apartment is beautifully decorated and wonderfully situated. The Duomo is visible from the bedroom and there is a lovely terrace to enjoy. Top marks!

Glorious week in Florence

The property was exactly as described. It is in an excellent location in the old part of the city, giving easy access to all the major sights. We were aware that the apartment is located on the 4th floor, and that there is no lift, but this was not an issue for us. The best part was sitting on the roof terrace every evening, enjoying the view over Florence while sipping a glass of wine. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped - perfect for a couple exploring Florence.

A unique space in a perfect location

While my first time using VRBO, I’ve rented over 100 places using the other site, and I’m very glad I used VRBO and found the property. It is, by far, the highest quality you can find. It is decorated as a home, and having been recently refurbished, there is no single thing I could think to speak of negatively. The property immaculately clean and is equipped with everything you might need for a short or long stay. Our host, Antonina, was fantastic. Her communication was great, she personally checked us in, and was kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine and some coffee. Nearby you’ve got restaurants, cafes and tabacchis in a minute or two, and then in 5-7 minutes, you’ve got Duomo and everything else. If there’s availability on my next visit, I won’t hesitate in staying here.
