Perfect break

Always enjoy the peace and tranquility of this place. Great value for money. Very happily positioned. Even in poor weather you can sit in the hot tub and watch the clouds roll past the mountains. Free buses through the valley to Chamonix to visit MBC (our favourite pub) and Poco Loco (our favourite burger joint)

Just PERFECT

Excellent hosts, fantastic chalet, perfect for a couple or small close group of friends. The location gives easy access to the valley using the free shuttle bus to and beyond Chamonix. The hot-tub is perfectly situated to fully appreciate the spectacular Mont Blanc massif. This is our second stay and we will be returning. This place truly is a soothing balm for the soul. Love it. PERFECT location, SPECTACULAR views

Wonderful chalet, happily situated in a quiet private road but just a few mins from the road. HOT outdoor hot tub with amazing views of snowcapped mountain range, well equipped kitchen, small but very well laid out design manages to accommodate 4 adults. There is a decked area which catches the sun for 4 hours on a clear day. It's a 5 min walk to La Prarion lift to access Les Houches slopes. There's a free (included in the tax) bus service running every 30 mins into Chamonix where I highly recommend Poco Loco for high quality huge burgers & fries for €10. There is a good range of food only 3 stops from Les Houches at Carrefour Supermarket if you are on a budget. Our hostess Emmanuelle was friendly, polite, responded quickly to communication, helpful and not to be seen unless needed, and not to be heard although she lives upstairs. I would highly recommend this chalet which is exceptional value for money and perfect for close friends or family and kids. 5 STARS, I would recommend this beautiful chalet to anyone and would definitely return. Great apartment in a perfect location

We stayed here for a week and found it to be s great apartment in a perfect location for skiing , very short walk to the Prarion Lift. Laurent was very helpful to us making our stay most enjoyable .

Lovely accommodation with stunning views

We went to the South of France on holiday this year and decided that we couldn’t go to France without seeing the Alpes so we stopped off for 3 nights on the way home. So glad we chose this Chalet. We have been many times in summer for hiking and winter for skiing and have stayed in lots of different places but I have to say there was something very special about this place. Sitting in the hot tub gazing at the Mountains was simply dreamy. The chalet itself was charming and well equipped with enough outdoor space to play games. Emanuelle & Laurent (the owners) occupy the rest of the Chalet as their home. They both spoke English very well and were very welcoming. Even though they are on hand if required, they did not bother us and we did not know they were there. There were no problems whilst we were there but I know they would have been very helpful if we had asked for any assistance. We loved the Chalet and the location was brilliant, just 10 minutes to Chamonix by car. We will definitely be going back and would go summer or winter. Thank you for a wonderful end to our holiday.
