Tastefully decorated and completely renovated, this apartment is located in the historic and picturesque district of Nice, near to 'Garibaldi square' and less than 10 minutes on foot from the beaches. It's bright and comfortable, west-facing with three sound proofed windows.
We would like to warn you that as the building dates back to the XVI century, the stare case is quite steep and the apartment located on the second floor.

Balmy days in Nice

The property was very stylish, accurately described with many extra touches. Our hosts were delightful with lots of local knowledge and helpful advice.

8 Rue Pairoliere, Nice

A small apartment but plenty big enough for two people. Clean and very well equipped. It is in the old town where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Nice's beaches, promenade and port as well as bus, tram and train services are all within short walking distance . Olivier and Frederique are very helpful and friendly. I would heartily recommend the apartment to other travellers.

Perfect studio apartment right in the Vieille Ville.

Ingenious use of a small space. This little apartment has everything you need, including the Old Town ambience. Within 5 minutes walk are more restaurants and bars than you could ever want. We especially recommend having drinks in the Cours Saleya - perhaps outside Le Flore, where a band often plays - and le Shapko, which has live music every night after 10 pm, no admission charge. And don’t forget to walk along the Prom’ in the sunshine AND at night.

Lovely Apartment

This is a really lovely apartment, great colour scheme and layout, it feels very spacious and a lot of thought has gone into making it a very comfortable and attractive place to stay. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped with plenty of space for cooking and eating in, a good sized shower room (with powerful shower jet, great), everything is of good quality and just so nice! from towels and bed linen to crockery and cutlery. Great location in the old town with tram stops nearby and just across the road is the new urban park, a really good way to walk into Nice city centre and on to the Promenade. Thank you very much to Frédérique and Olivier for the excellent way they managed our stay from initial booking to departure. Recommended!

Charming apartment in Nice old town

This is a lovely, well equipped apartment. The flat is very tastefully decorated, warm and cosy. It is located in the old town close to restaurant, shops and a 5 minute walk from the beach. The owners are very welcoming and charming. Highly recommended!
