Un mas plein de charme

Perché au-dessus d’un panorama incroyable, le Mas d’Alice est un lieu atypique et plein de charme. Les deux bassins reliés par une plage sont parfaits pour la baignade en écoutant de la musique. Nous avons adoré le petit salon sous le bel Olivier, ainsi que le coin repas au pied de la maison éclairé « ambiance guinguette » le soir, au milieu des lauriers-roses.

Agréable weekend

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend. Très bon accueil par le propriétaire qui est très sympathique. La maison est agréable, dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de salle de bain dans la chambre extérieure. Un + pour la piscine chauffée et les petits salons de jardins disposés un peu partout.

Aurez pu être tellement bien

A l’arrivée vous êtes ébloui par l’emplacement qui est exceptionnel, avec sa belle piscine. Rapidement vous déchantez devant la vétusté et Le Manque d’entretien de ce gîte qui a du être bien à une certaine époque. Tout quasiment est hors de service. Aucune porte ne ferme. Rien n’a été entretenu depuis bien longtemps. Nous avons même eu la surprise de découvrir une souris sur le plan de travail de la cuisine. Bref un gîte qui ne vaut pas son prix à moins que le propriétaire ne se lance dans de solides rénovations!
