This beautifully presented, South facing Penthouse has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite) and is situated in Lorcrimar IV, one of the most prestigious complex’s on the coast. Lorcrimar IV is ideally located just a short stroll from the beach and internationally renowned Puerto Banus which has a wide range of restaurants, night life, boutiques, yachts, beaches, bars, supermarkets and shops. The complex is very secure with security door access, security shutters to the windows and a video entry phone system. There is a reserved parking space in the secure car park, the apartment is situated on the 2nd floor. The huge terraces are ideal for dining on warm summer evenings, or sipping drinks whilst enjoying the stunning views over the communal free form pools, illuminated tropical landscaped gardens and over to the mountains.

Please note that unfortunately our apartment is unsuitable for Hen or Stag parties and all Male/Female groups under the age of 30

Lovely apartment on a beautiful complex

Apartment is perfect and has everything you need, the pool area is lovely to. We got a taxi into Puerto Banus each evening and it only cost 5/6 euros. You can walk but it takes about 15/20 minutes. There is a local store 5 minutes away and a lovely pizzeria next door to the store. We had a fabulous time thank you

Fab apartment - great holiday

The apartment was extremely spacious and clean. The pictures don't do it justice. Myself, sister and a friend enjoyed every minute and enjoyed wvery minute of our warm evenings on the large terrace.

Sally was extremely helpful from the minute we enquired about the apartment , providing us with top tips of the location and talking us through the booking process.

The location was brilliant. We walked to the port each evening , only taking max 10 mins or so.

We left a belt behind and Sally kindly posted it back and was so helpful yet again. I'm yet to stay at a place where the owner has been this helpful .

We would 100% recommend staying here and I've no doubt we will be back again in 2017

We were also greeted by Sue who let us into the apartment, who was extremely friendly and gave us tips on the best places to go in the area . The pool was gorgeous, a lot of care is put into the maintenance of the complex

A brilliant place to stay!

We had a wonderful holiday and the apartment was super clean and very comfortable and well equiped. Lots of lovely restaurants close by and a good choice of supermarkets. Our favourite part of the holiday was chilling on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine over looking the pool and watching the sun set behind the mountains. We will definitely be returning very soon. PS even my dad who hates travelling is counting down the days until he returns next year some time.

The complex is ideally located within short walking distance to Puerto Banus Marina,10 minutes walk to the beach and less than 5 min walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The Spanish town of San Pedro is within 15 minutes walking distance, with Estepona, Duquesa, Sotogrande, Gibraltar and the spectacular inland clifftop town of Ronda all less than an hours drive away. For families there’s the fantastic Selwo Animal Adventure Safari Park of 1 million square metres just a short drive away and there is also a theme park and water park to the east of Marbella.

The complex is also very close to ‘Golf Valley with several spectacular golf courses within a short drive and over 40 courses less than an hours drive away.

‘Anyone for Tennis?’ - the International Tennis Club is adjacent to Lorcrimar IV.

The ski resort of Sierra Nevada is just 2 hours drive as are the historic cities of Granada and Seville.
