A charming Saint Tropez duplex apartment in the heart of the old town, less than one minute from the world famous port where luxurious yachts moor up during the summer. The apartment offers cosy provençal charm with easy access to the shops, restaurants, bistrots and clubs which abound in the world's best known fishing village. It is a completely modernised property of medieval origin, self-contained with its own entrance and no upstairs neighbours. The salon has a chimney and a wood beamed ceiling. There is a well equipped kitchen with fridge and dishwasher. The sofa in the salon converts into a double bed. The mezzanine is the bedroom area with double bed and the bathroom with WC, shower and wash basin. Full double glazing together with air conditioning ensures quiet comfort in the centre of Saint Tropez. There is a breakfast area, table with seating for four people in a part of the salon.The apartment has satellite TV and free internet .

It is unsuitable for small children and people with reduced mobility.There is a minimum stay of 3 nights.

A one-off linen charge of 25 Euros is applied if the second bed is used.

A very charming duplex apartment.

Communication from the owner prior to the stay was excellent.

The apartment itself is very pretty, well equipped & spotlessly clean. We stayed for two nights as part of our honeymoon, it was in a perfect location in the heart of the old town, literally a short stroll to the marina. I loved St Tropez & this apartment was perfect!

A week in St.Tropez

The flat was properly described. It was very clean and well-maintained.

The location is beautiful: in the heart of the old-town, super-market and many restaurants in proximity. The beaches in Pampelonne are great

(but not at walking distance). Place des Lices with its Cafes and market has a very nice retro atmosphere.

extraordenary flat

We had a wonderfull time in this fancy appartement middle in the heart of this town. 1 min.walk to the harbour, 2 min.to place de lices and 3 min.to nice beaches. If you like to taste the way of normal life in such a town, you are just right here. We can agree with all descriptions of the owners; all was clean and well preperated and equipped for our holidays. Even the problem of parking in such an area was well done by the owners.

We would recommend this flat to all our friends.

Central Pretty Duplex Apartment!

We stayed in the apartment in July this year. The apartment is in an excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the port and supermarket, 10 mintes walk from the beach and surrounded by restaurants. It was very well maintained, clean with good facilities such as washing machine and dishwasher.

The only suggestion I could make was to have a curtain over the bathroom door window or frosted glass, and thicker bedroom curtains. Otherwise overall it was a great small apartment for a couple or small group of friends.
