Un bellissimo soggiorno a Chia.

Una casa accogliente in una zona tranquilla, immersa nel verde e soleggiata. Ottima per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante.

Très bien pour un séjour à deux au bord de la mer

L'accueil avec Rosalba est très sympatique. La maison est bien équipée avec du matériel d'usage.L'ensemble est très propre et est fidèle à la description.Des fenêtres à l'italienne seraient les bien venues pour aérer la nuit.....La plage est à 800m /1km,on est loin de la foule! Une autre location partage le terrain ,les deux sont bien séparées donc pas de problème !.Nous sommes prêt à y retourner

mare, sole e natura...tutto incantevole

Abbiamo trascorso un'estate indimenticabile grazie alla gentilezza e cordialità della proprietaria Rosalba e del marito Gianni che sono rimasti nei nostri cuori! Un luogo ideale per chi vuole vivere il mare e la natura, a pochi passi da una delle spiagge più belle della zona e comoda per visitare gli altri luoghi nelle vicinanze. La casetta risponde a tutto ciò che si vorrebbe trovare quando si alloggia fuori casa soprattutto con due bimbi a seguito: pulizia, comodità, arredamento, tutto alla perfezione. Siamo rimasti entusiasti e speriamo di tornarci presto

Posto ideale per godersi il mare...

Casetta comoda e pulita, con tutto quello che serve per un confortevole soggiorno. Ci siamo rimasti per ben 3 settimane, 4 persone di cui 2 bambini, ma ci siamo subito sentiti come a "casa nostra". A contribuire a questo, la gentilezza e la disponibilità' della Sig.a Rosalba che ci ha viziato anche un po'...Con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge la spiaggia di Su Giudeu e con la macchina a pochi minuti Cala Cipolla, la Tuerreda e Capo Malfatano. Il gazebo esterno, immerso nel verde, ci ha dato la possibilità' di pranzare e cenare all'aperto anche durante le giornate ventilate.Per chi ha bambini, poco distante si raggiunge un parco acquatico per trascorrere una giornata diversa. La sera a 16 km Pula si popola e, da golosa che sono ho apprezzato una bellissima gelateria in centro.Nei dintorni ristoranti carini, con personale gentile e prezzi abbordabili. Da consigliare a chi vuole godersi la bellezza di un mare dalle infinite sfumature di colore!!!

Angolo di pace e tranquillità

Casa ideale per chi desidera un posto tranquillo dove potersi rilassare e godersi il contatto con la natura avendo comunque bellissime spiagge a breve distanza. In dieci minuti a piedi si arriva a Su Giudeu e in poco tempo in auto si raggiungono altre spiagge notevoli. La casa è molto carina e ben arredata, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. L'interno non è enorme ma in 2 persone ci si sta più che comodi. Molto bello è il gazebo esterno dove si può mangiare al riparo dal sole di giorno La proprietaria è di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità estrema. Nei dintorni si trovano vari ristoranti e locali dove mangiare (seguire i consigli della proprietaria per evitare fregature, soprattutto in alta stagione). Ad una decina di km c'è Pula, un grazioso paesino dove si trovano vari supermarket e qualche negozietto per fare un giro serale.
