Great place and location

The property is in a great location and was suitable for the two of us staying there. There was a mistake on the homeaway website that said linen was included. It should read linen is available however the owner provided linen for free for us due to the error on homeaway website. Massimo who runs the property for the owner lived up to his name’s origin and was the greatest. Very helpful all through our stay.

Schöne Wohnung, aber Beschreibung und Realität decken sich nicht immer

Wir haben in der ersten Oktoberhälfte 2019 in dieser Ferienwohnung gut 14 Tage verbracht und die Zeit insgesamt sehr genossen. Vieles von dem, was in der Beschreibung steht, trifft zu: Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sie liegt zentral und bietet eine gute Basis, um das nördlich Sardinien zu erkunden. Zu der Zeit, als wir dort waren, gab es offensichtlich in der ganzen Anlage keine anderen Gäste, sodass insgesamt eine große Ruhe herrschte (abgesehen von dem Baulärm einer nahe gelegenen Großbaustelle). Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung und ihrer Ausstattung entspricht jedoch in einigen Punkten nicht der Realität. In der Beschreibung ist die Rede von "all inclusive, außer (...) Endreinigung". Aber leider gab es weder Handtücher noch Bettwäsche, die wir dann gegen eine kräftige Gebühr beim Verwalter leihen mussten. Das ist schon ärgerlich, denn nirgends in der Beschreibung wird darauf hingewiesen, dass man diese selbst mitbringen muss. Der Eigentümer hat auf unsere Kritik diesbezüglich mit dem Hinweis reagiert, die Beschreibung in dieser (und anderer; s. u.) Hinsicht zu überarbeiten. Eine Erstattung der Leihgebühr hat er nicht in Aussicht gestellt. Bei der Beschreibung der Küchenausstattung ist z.B. die Rede von einer Kaffeemaschine. Hierbei handelt es sich allerding in Wirklichkeit um ein kleines (unansehnliches) Espressokännchen, das auf unsere Bitte hin von dem Verwalter (ein sehr sympathischer und freundlicher Mensch) durch ein etwas größeres Kännchen ersetzt wurde. Auch wird versprochen, dass es einen Backofen gibt. Es war aber kein Backofen vorhanden! Auch hätten wir uns über ein paar richtige Weingläser gefreut, um den sardischen Wein wirklich genießen zu können. Dass der Pool ab Anfang Oktober nicht mehr zu nutzen ist, wäre ebenfalls eine für uns wichtige Information gewesen. In der Summe haben wir trotz der oben angeführten Aspekte die Urlaubstage genossen und bedauern unseren Aufenthalt in Ihrem Appartement überhaupt nicht.

Urlaubsparadies im Mai

Die Fewo liegt in einer gepflegten Anlage mit kurzen Wegen zum Hafen, Badestränden, Supermarkt und dem Zentrum von Porto Rotondo. Sie ist sehr ruhig um diese Zeit. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung könnte noch verbessert werden, z. B. Durch eine Mikrowelle, Toaster/Kleinbackofen, Weingläser. Es ist jedoch eine Waschmaschine vorhanden! Der Pool befindet sich gleich um die Ecke und ist sehr gepflegt. Leider erst ab 01. Juni nutzbar. Olbia bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Umland ist traumhaft! Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub!

Geluidsoverlast.

Enorme geluidsoverlast van bouwplaats tegenover het appartementencomplex. Een constant gehak en gedreun. Van de op de site beloofde rust was absoluut geen sprake. Na een paar uur aanhoren van deze ellende besloten een andere accommodatie te zoeken. Flinke financiële strop, de eigenaar nam onze klacht niet serieus en weigert ons, tot op heden, op welke manier dan ook tegemoet te komen, terwijl we helemaal geen gebruik hebben gemaakt van het appartement. Een stressvol begin van, wat voor ons, een ontspannen vakantie zou moeten worden. Schandalig!
