Wonderful apartment!

Catherine (the owner) and Alain (who met us and showed us around the apartment) were both so very helpful and communication was perfect throughout. This apartment is bright and spacious and has balconies both east and west facing, so you can follow the sun. Wake up to wonderful sunshine on the east balcony off both bedrooms and eat and watch the sun go down on the west balcony off the kitchen and lounge area. The apartment is well equipped and quiet. It is within a few minutes of the coast and buses nearby will take you from Cannes to Nice and other areas, so no need to drive. We had a wonderful week and wished we could have stayed longer.

Lovely spacious apartment

This apartment is in a great location close to the center of town and beaches but in a quiet residential area. It is clean and well equipped and we would definitely stay here again. There is no wifi in the apartment and there are no large glasses in the kitchen. Apart from that this place was near perfect for us.

Excellent Apartment for a relaxing holiday

We recently had a lovely week in this apartment. The apartment is clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen for cooking if you require, also microwave and washing machine. The large terrace leading from both the kitchen and lounge was excellent for either dining at one end or relaxing on the sofa and chairs at the other end. Apartment only 5 minutes walk to the gorgeous beach and 10 minutes walk to the train station which has a regular train service to Cannes, Monte Carlo, Nice etc. Great base for a quiet relaxing holiday.

very nice apartment - everything you could want

Excellent apartment. Very close to the beach and shops and a short walk into the centre of Juan Les Pins in the evening. Well equipped kitchen. The balcony off the main room and kitchen was the best we'd ever had in France - perfect position for relaxing in the evening. The welcome was very nice and friendly. Parking excellent, we could see the car from the apartment and secured parking was a good find in this area. Elevator to the apartment made that final walk from the beach so easy ! Would definately recommend this apartment to anyone.

Tolle Lage, schöner Balkon und ausreichend Platz

Das Appartement ist wirklich toll gelegen, nicht weit zum Strand, aber trotzdem ruhig und sicher. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, zwei Schlafzimmer für bis zu drei Kinder (im zweiten Zimmer) und auch zwei Bäder. Es fehlt eigentlich nichts - Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Balkonmöbel, Dusche und Wanne sind vorhanden.
