About this property

It is a town house close to shops and restaurants.

In summer, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday (June-July-August-September).
The beach of 'Los Locos' is 3-5 minutes walk and the pool is 100m behind the house (car not necessary).
Thanks to the 3 air conditioners and the ceiling fans, the temperature is regulated, and in summer and winter it is good to live there.
The climate of the region is pleasant all year round, and the city is splendid.
Sheets and towels, even beach towels, are provided.
The house is bright, well maintained and very well equipped.
The cleaning costs are 60 €. They are to be paid upon arrival.
The Tourist Taxes included in the price, are 1.5 € per day and per person. children under 16 are not concerned.
The electricity costs will be calculated on the basis of actual consumption (€ 0.25 per Kw / h), payable at the end of the stay.
A deposit of € 200 is required and is not included in the price. It is refundable in the month after the stay.

Handy location.

The apartment had absolutely any thing you could want, a home from home. Within easy walking distance of beach and bars with 222 and Durty Nellys our favourites. Food at 22 excellent, great atmosphere at N ellys and friendly staff. Roof terrace at the apartment great for sunbathing and the garden nice for breakfast.

Nice clean house well postioned for exploring the town and surrounding area

Lovely clean house with good facilities and well positioned for exploring the town. Sadly the pools do not open until 1st of June but the house is only 10 minutes walk to the beach. We were visiting relatives who live in the area and would use this property again.

A well appointed and centrally located house

It was a pleasure to stay in this house; we know Torrevieja well from years gone by, but it's certainly changed since we last visited! Throughout the booking process, the owners were attentive and happy to help with any queries. On arrival, we were met by the key holders who explained everything we needed to know - this, on top of the welcome document provided by the owners, was enough to ensure a pleasant stay. The house is within easy reach of the pool, the sea, the supermarket, the town - in fact, the location couldn't be better. The house is laid out over three floors (with a bathroom on each) and there is a good-sized sun terrace - with laundry facilities - accessed via a spiral staircase. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday and we look forward to a return visit as soon as we are able! Thank you Valentine, for making our holiday happy and trouble-free!

Torrevieja town house

Well appointed house , close to all amenities bars , restuarant's & beach nearby. A nice 20 mins walk into town, enjoyed our stay here, a few stairs to reach the roof terrace, so you need to be fit. Rooms large & tidy. Thanks

House in Torrevieja

The house is in a nice quiet area of Torrevieja and is close to the sea and local supermarkets. It has a large sun terrace on the roof which is great for sunbathing. It was clean and had all of the electrical equipment you need, they even supply towels at no extra cost. We had a super holiday here and I even met an old friend from Dublin who runs a local Irish pub not far from the house! The only small proviso is the stairs which might be too much for elderly folk, otherwise we would certainly recommend this property.
