New architect-designed house (July 2010), located near the Moulleau, 900 m from the beach (access by bicycle) and 150 m from shops. Easy-going, large ensemble room, kitchen and dining area of 100 m2. Large lounge, very bright, fireplace, terrace and garden overlooking the South. Ultra modern kitchen equipped with new appliances, opening onto lovely deck facing west, with large table for 12 people. Upstairs, two double bedrooms each with bathroom / shower room. 3 more bedrooms (double or single beds) sharing a large bathroom (2 basins, bath and walk-in shower). All providing 10 beds very comfortable. Outside shower with hot water. TV - DVD player - Speaker Ipod / Itouch - Wifi

The property is very mode...

The property is very modern, well equipped and owned by a family that always communicated quickly and helpfully. The villa is screened from the (very quiet) street by a tall fence and trees. The wifi connection was fast and reliable and easy to log onto. There is a wide range of restaurants in the area with every price point satisfied. The Guirinierre and The Patio are both very special. To be honest, it is difficult to find any fault with this lovely family and their modern, well equipped and roomy villa. Highly recommended.

Bien, mais pas adapté à de jeunes enfants

Cette maison est très belle, avec un vaste séjour très lumineux. Notre séjour a eu lieu en été mais je suis sûre que l'hiver avec la cheminée au centre du salon, ça doit etre très agréable aussi. il y a de nombreuses chambres, salles de bain, et wc. l'emplacement est agréable, au calme dans un quartier chic d'arcachon. En revanche, il y a quelques points négatifs : - le portillon à l'entrée n'est pas fermable à clé, ce qui est très problématique avec de jeunes enfants - dans l'ensemble, maison peu adaptée à des jeunes enfants.

Parfait !!!

Parti une semaine en vacances avec des amis (sans enfant), nous avons loué cette maison. La maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. La maison est très bien équipée et très bien localisée (à 5 min en vélo de la plage la plus proche malgré les petites côtes) dans un lotissement calme. La communication avec l'hôte était très facile, M. Aucoc et la conciergerie ayant toujours été très réactifs pour répondre à nos questions. Merci !!!

Superbe villa , spacieuse et très bien conçue pour 10 personnes , Les espaces de vie sont également très spacieux , ainsi que.les extérieurs. Seul le beau.temps nous a fait défaut sur cette semaine .
