We had a lovely stay at Dominique's home , every thing was perfect , very nicely decorated and very clean .We had everything we needed , Wifi was great , air conditioning very good , could walk to the village but a car would be good . Will definitely be back , would highly recommend. Merci

Owner does not stick to contract

This is a nice apartment with one large room but bedroom on top like a small loft. full equipment inkl. AC. Pool and near by tennis. Swimming at the ocean beneath is not nice at all. 10 minutes drive is ok beach. We meet the owner who explained all very well But.. When Internet did not work even how much we asked her to she refused. We asked before the trip because we really do not like without this and we have important things to check. Also you will receive a long contract in france which you off course does not understand unless you are french. So there are many rules and what you should do or not but after all the owner does not stick to what she is obligated to :-( Be also aware of that the mini lift going up to the apartment often does not work as we here from other and also experience our self. In general this is not a problem but if you check in/out or have bought a lot of grocery it it a hard way to the top.

"Stunning views on the Gu...

"Stunning views on the Gulf of St Trop from this lovely flat! The owners have been a pleasure to deal with and we had a perfect time there in the summer of 2011. Nicely equipped and furnished, easy access by car or reasonnable walk to Ste Maxime''s port, its shops & restaurants. Also highly recommanded accommodation for families (we were 4 of us). Overall, probably difficult to find better in the area!"

Une bien belle semaine

Avec ma compagne et mes 2 grands enfants nous avons passé une trés belle semaine a Ste Maxime via la location au Clos de la Madrague . L'appartement est trés agréable, belles prestations intérieures ( agencement des piéces, balcons ...) et extérieures ( tennis, piscine ...) , trés confortable, une vue imprenable sur la baie , accés facile et privatif à la plage ... Merci à notre hôte Dominique . Je recommande 🙂 . Alain

Holiday in South of France

Overall a great property with amazing views of the coastline and good access to the beach / swimming pool. Only watch out for families - the 3rd room / loft is very small roofline so only very young kids can really go up there. Host was responsive to our questions.

Our family bought form the origin in this property, which is in an exceptionnel and one the oldest area in Sainte-Maxime, just at the beginning of the "golfe de Saint-Tropez. We bought this terrace house which is at a dominating position of the "belvedere hill" in 2016 and we make a complete renovation with a "tropical holidays modern" and comfortable decoration.
We will be very helpful if you need any advise for your stay as we know the Côte d'Azur since a long time... You are welcome!
And if you are "ski found", we are also owners of a little chalet for 4/6 guests in the 3 Valleys...
