Great base for exploring Cinque Terre

Lidia’s place in La Spezia was a perfect spot to base ourselves for exploring the beautiful coastline of the Cinque Terre. It’s less than 10 minutes away from the station also convenient was the little supermarket. The apartment is a little old fashioned in some of its decor but has a good amount of space for a family of 5. Would recommend to anyone who wants to explore this stunning area of Italy with a family.

La Spezia Gem

We recently had the pleasure of a 4 week stay in this fabulous apartment in La Spezia. From our first enquiry to our departure, the owner Lidia was a joy to deal with, answering endless questions and giving us complete confidence we had made the right decision. The apartment itself is spotless, spacious and has everything you need for a great holiday, including a lovely balcony for breakfast and drinks. There is even an elevator to help with heavy suitcases!. La Spezia is a great base for seeing the region, we did day trips by train and bus to Cinque Terre, Portofino, Rapallo, Lerici, Sestri Levante and a host of other villages. The apartment is an easy and flat 10 minute walk to the train station making it ideal. A car is not needed. You will not find a better apartment or more helpful owner. Grazie Lidia. "Attractive modern Flat ,...

"Attractive modern Flat , clean and well appointed had all the equipment necessary for an extended stay. near the railway station handy to travel up and down the coastal towns of the cinque terre . A little noise from the railway but the trains stop running at 10pm and we were out touring during the day. all in all a lovely flat and a good base to explore the surrounding area"

Loved our stay!

Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!
