UN INCANTO

Molto bella: la Balagne è uno dei posti più incantevoli dell'isola, la casa accogliente, pulita e molto attrezzata, tra le stradine di una frazione di Santa Reparata in collina, pace assoluta e vista mozzafiato! A 4 km. da Ile Rousse, comodissima, punto centrale per escursioni al mare e in montagna; il proprietario assolutamente collaborativo ti trasmette anche tutte le info possibili con professionalità e passione, aiutato sul posto per check-in e check-out dalla gentile e sorridente Marie Rose. Conclusione: ci torneremo! Merci beaucoup Monsieur Pascal, grazie per averci fatto passare delle vacanze così piacevoli!!

Agréable séjour dans un village calme et pittoresque.

Avant notre départ nous avons reçu un mail nous faisant une description très détaillée sur notre location ainsi qu'une présentation des intérêts touristiques de la région. Sur le plan pratique, les principales adresses de commerces à proximité. Ce qui nous a été très utile pour peaufiner la préparation de notre séjour. Conclusion: nous avons passé un agréable séjour, et découvert une belle région, fais de belles balades. A noter que les équipements de la maison sont complets (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, wi-fi...)

Agréable séjour

On a passé un agréable séjour dans cette charmante maison de village,bien équipée et située dans un joli hameau bien placé à côté de l'île Rousse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait qu'avant notre arrivée le propriétaire avait pris le soin de nous faire un descriptif des choses à faire dans la région. À notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueilli par Marie Rose. Le contact avec le propriétaire et Marie Rose était de qualité. On recommande vivement.

Trop chaud

Des notre arrivé, après 8 heures de bateau, nous avons pris contact avec la "concierge". Nous avons mis environs deux heures pour moins de 5 kms pour trouver l'adresse du à de mauvaises indications de la part de la concierge. La concierge se permettait de soufflait lorsque nous comprenions pas où mal ses informations. Il faut dire aussi qu'elle couper court à la conversation et expliquée très mal. Enfin arrivé au logement, nous avons été déçu par la propreté du logement, sa chaleur, et sa superficie. De plus, nous avions payé les draps, ils n'y étaient même pas. Les draps des anciens locataires de la maison n'avaient pas été changés. Une salle d'eau et une terrasse trop petite. La cuisine, les chambres, et le salon sont quant à eux convenables. La terrasse convient pour un apéro à 4 personnes mais pas plus. Pour dîner, il sera préférable d'aller sur la table du salon. La maison manque de climatisation, environ 30 degrés dans la maison l'apres midi avec fenêtre et volet fermer, et pareil pour la nuit avec fenêtre et volet ouvert. Malgres cette mauvaise expérience, le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et répond rapidement en cas de besoin. Le village est très agréable ainsi que ses habitants. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement, dommage...
