About this property

18th Floor, Peachtree Towers, Walk to America's Mart - 1 block away

Our suite is on the 18th floor of Peachtree Towers. We are located at the corner of Peachtree Street and Baker, across from the Hyatt Regency, three blocks from Centennial Olympic Park.

Our condo has 600 sq ft living space, full living room, separate bedroom, stocked kitchen, full screened patio, remodeled bathroom with linens, towels and blankets. Condo has internet, WiFi and flat screen HD TV. Our building has 24x7 security and Concierge.

There is a queen sized bed in bedroom and separate queen pull out sleeper sofa in living room. Please keep in mind that sleepers are great for additional accommodations, however, they are not the equivalent of a bed. We have purchased one of the more comfortable ones from IKEA, but a sleeper is a sleeper.

We are one block from 'Peachtree Center' MARTA rail station. Atlanta is well served by Lyft and Uber. We are notorious for traffic and heartily recommend you leave the car at home.

Great flat for a few days in Atlanta

Had a lovely stay for 4 nights. Flat is lovely, spacious, well equipped with good WiFi, cable TV and a balcony that would have been lovely to sit on had the rain not been biblical for most of the weekend (so much for Hotlanta lol). The flat is located in the midst of a lot of upmarket hotels in a lovely block and has a good few restaurants and cafes in a few hundred yards from the front door. Even better it was barely 5 mins walk to Centenial Park which is surrounded by Coca-Cola World, the aquarium, civil rights museum, CNN studios and College Football hall of fame which were all included on our city pass and the capitol building and Mercedes arena weren’t too much further afield and still in walking distance. I couldn’t recommend this flat and location more if you have a few days to spend in Atlanta.

Great location, amazing hosts, cozy apartment

We enjoyed a great stay within walking distance of so many places of interest, sights and restaurants! The apartment is lovely, the hosts are superb - really responsive and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

From the initial booking all the way to check out - it was a great experience. Excellent communication, the owners helped us with parking set up, and the location is really perfect. Would absolutely stay here again. Some reviews talk about things the owners obviously cant control (homeless, smell of weed, etc) - ATL is a big city; of course those things are prevalent. Dont let it stop you from enjoying this condo!

The building itself is quite old but it was clean and well kept, the owner was great at communicating and we were within walking distance of the aquarium/museums. Which was the main point of why we chose this listing. So that was all positive. However, there is a negative. As soon as we got into the area surrounding the condo’s property EVERYWHERE reeked of marijuana, including the entire building of Peachtree Towers. Even from inside our condo we could smell very strong marijuana odor CONSTANTLY.
