Capbreton on the beach
Great ground floor appartment with private garage. 2 mins from beaches . Wonderful large terrace area ideal for a family. Appartment well enough appointed. Communication and help from host was excellent. Families should also check out the pizzeria Grande Large which is part of the same property.Lovely people and good food in a releaxed atmospher with sea views.

Lovely apartment in a great spot
We loved this apartment, clean and tidy. It is in a great location. The large outside area is fantastic and the parking a big bonus. Williams family, Anglesey.

Appartement agréable et parfaitement situé
Nous avons séjourné avec des amis et nos enfants 3 et 10 ans dans cet appartement, il bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal à quelques pas de la plage, d'une terrasse immense avec vue sur l'océan et est très bien équipé. Son parking en sous sol est un vrai plus. Nous avons pu profiter de capbreton et hossegor à vélo sans prendre la voiture. Une supérette est à proximité. Les propriétaires Philippe et son épouse sont disponibles et réactifs dans la gestion de la location. Nous reviendrons !

Situation idéale appartement aménagé avec goût bien équipé avec avec goût et bien équipé
On y vit à l aise il y a beaucoup de espace Le garage offre un grand plus Le seul petit inconvénient est la multitude des vis à vis par rapport à la terrasse le voisinage avec le restaurant n est pas des plus sécurisés

Parfait emplacement pour de magnifiques vacances
L’appartement est idéalement situé avec vue sur la mer mais pas sur la route principale et donc aucun bruit. La terrasse est gigantesque. On y vit plus que dans l’appartement. Vraiment agréable. L’appartement est très bien meublé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut autant dans le salon, les chambres que dans la petite cuisine. Bref, je recommande vraiment cette location. Notre hôte, Philippe, est super sympathique et nous a laissé des boissons et une corbeille de fruits. L’emplacement pour la voiture au sous-sol et très apprécié car les places dehors sont rares. Bref, toute la famille a passé 2 super semaines. Merci Philippe.
