Excellentes vacances à Royan

Emplacement idéal de la location, proche la la plage du pigeonnier et de Pontaillac. Très bien équipée , résidence très calme. La wifi serait un plus

Appartement très bien équipé, bien placé,près des plages

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la taille de l'appartement. Cela fait 30 ans que nous louons et nous avons trouvé qu'il etait très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Cet appartement est bien situé, à proximité des plages et des commerces. La vue sur la mer est un plus. Un parking privatif est très intéressant car les voitures sont à l'arrière du bâtiment et ne sont pas vues donc moins de risque de cambriolages. Très belle région, beaucoup de sites à visiter.

Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour!

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, il comporte une belle vue sur l'océan. Les plages sont très proches, l’accès à pied est donc favorisé, idem pour les commerces. L'immeuble est très bien entretenu aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l’extérieur. De plus la personne qui remet les clefs est très sympathique et de bon conseil pour les attractions et visites. En résumé une totale satisfaction.

la location très bien située plage accessible à pied, commerces à proximité... appartement spacieux et confortable dans résidence calme dépaysement assuré
