Do Not Rent This Unit; Horrible

I’ve been using VRBO for 20 years and been delighted with the experience until now. First, the owner did not add our names to security and we had to plead our way passed security. This condo was uninhabitable upon arrival; -suffocating chemical smell (pest control?) - black mold in an unclean toilet that did not flush properly - dead bugs everywhere -some lights did not work The owner was completely unresponsive for over 15 hours. When he finally responded he offered a “complimentary cleaning” but did not schedule it for 48 hours. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
