2 Bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed, sleeps 5, 1 full bathroom, 1 WC; Airconditioning

This delightful, sunny corner villa is situated about 10 minutes walk from the two local, Blue Flag Beaches of Cabo Roig & La Zenia & is ideal for families or couples. The accommodation consists of: 1 double with good sized balcony & 1 twin bedroom, 1 fully equiped family bathroom, 1 guest Cloakroom/WC, 1 Lounge with dining area, open plan kitchen, front & back terraces, private small garden complete with lemon trees, plus communal gardens and swimming pools. The ground floor has a through (Double aspect) lounge/dining area that is bright & airy with a fully fitted open-plan kitchen with all mod cons. There is also a guest cloakroom downstairs.

The front door opens onto an outside balcony/dining area facing the garden, the French windows at the rear open onto a terrace with sun loungers, BBQ & gate leading straight to the nearby communal gardens & swimming pool. The first floor has the main double bedroom with a balcony and a twin bedroom, also a fully fitted family bathroom.

Terms & Conditions of Rental:: A Non-refundable £100 deposit is required to secure the booking, balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. If departure is within 6 weeks, then full payment is required at the time of booking. Rates are weekly during the peak season. Off peak extended rentals are subject to negotiation. (Not July or August). A refundable security deposit of a £100 is required at the time of booking and this is refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property, within two weeks after your return. In consideration of other residents no arrivals please between Midnight & 9am. A cleaning/laundry charge of 65 Euros is payable locally on arrival (80 Euros if the stay is over 2 weeks). Towels & bed linen are provided but please bring beach towels. If you would like a grocery starter pack, for approximately 25 Euros, please let us know. In consideration for future guests smoking is only permitted outside on the terraces. Airport pickups may be possible for you to arrange, we can supply you with details of an English speaking driver, if required.

Lovely, clean home to stay in great location.

Had all the necessary equipment in the property. Was very quiet and peaceful during our stay. 25 min. walk to shops, restaurants and supermarket and great Irish restaurant/pub for great dining. La Zenia Boulevard shopping area not too far away. Only issue we found was walking back up the hill. The beaches were lovely, about 30 min. walk under the motorway underpass. Couldn't find local buses so a car would be useful and easier to tour the surrounding area which had good roads and about 20-25 mins. from from Murcia airport by car. No wi-fi but i understand, Diane owner will be putting one in, and she was helpful answering any questions before we arrived.

Most people find the nearest beach is a 15 to 20 min. walk, as Google Maps will tell you, but it all depends on the degree of fitness of the person,of course. Loved It So Much We're Going Back!!

An excellent house in an excellent location. Only 40 - 45 minutes drive from Alicante airport and was very easy to find using sat nav although Dianes emailed directions were spot on too.

We were met by Colin who handed over keys and showed us around. The house was very clean and the gardens tidy. You can track the sun around the property due to the gardens (front, side and rear) if that's your thing, there's also a great terrace of the 1st floor master bedroom. Or you can sit by the pool which is about 40 feet from the rear garden gate!

Located in a quiet residential street we felt very safe and theres ample on street parking if you hire a car.

Lots of bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk as well as a supermarket. The La Zenia Boulevard is stunning and you can walk there in about 20 mins. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away. This place has it all.

We liked it so much weve already spoken to Diane about returning in the summer. Booking and paying is very easy and Diane is extremely helpful.

Excellent location a walk to shops restaurants and beach. Sun soaking private garden & great pool !!

The house is lovely clean and bright. Garden space to soak up sun from breakfast to dinnner! Bbq made for great meals with lots of shops nearby. We walked down to Cabo Roig for a day and stopped at restaurants strip for dinner. To go out and adventure it’s only 15/20 min drive to Torrevieja and 1 hour to Cartegena with lots to do in between. Thank you to Colin who was there to meet and greet us and direct us to the shop. Thank you will be back!

Thank you - the villa was absolutely lovely. So much has changed since we last went, there is so much to see and do in the local area, whether you want to relax at the Country Club, or go to the new Shopping Mall, the first class local beaches, Torrevieja itself, the 3 water-parks which we all visited, quality golf courses – even the local strip in the evening is a buzz and alive with a great choice of restaurants, all offering excellent value, plus the supermarkets to pick up the day to day bits and pieces which you need.

The villa itself is clean and comfortable, the air-con is a god-send as you can imagine. The villa is well equipped and has everything you really need to have a comfortable stay – we particularly enjoyed bbq’s in the evening sitting on the front veranda. It was all very relaxing. During the day, if not exploring, you have the excellent swimming pool in the back, which is in effect virtually private.

The neighbours are all friendly, and Colin is an absolute superstar and treasure-trove of local information. Having him on site really makes a difference, especially if its your first trip. Having said all this, as you can imagine this trip certainly won’t be my last and we are already planning a return trip if you’ll have us.

Its fair to say that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed myself in Spain this year and the villa was central to that all. We got the car hire as you know - thanks for your advice on this - this is crucial as it really extends your ability to discover the local area.

We are looking forward to going back soon.

We felt very at home in this villa and were very sorry to leave. The villa is located in a quiet area, with the rear of the villa in a gated complex, there is a pool virtually at the back door and another only a couple of minutes walk away at the top of the complex. We loved that we were able to relax and enjoy breakfast outside at the back of the villa and then move to the front of the house and eat supper on the front porch. The garden had two lemon trees. The location was first class, only a short walk to cabo roig strip in one direction and then approx 15 walk to la zenia beach and paddy's point in the other. Walking down is no problem but the hill back to the villa is quite steep on the return journey. The closest supermarket was around 10-15 min walk away but the staff very kindly arranged a taxi for us on two occasions - well worth the 5 euro journey.

Constant hot water and spotlessly clean - housekeepers Janet and Colin had the place shining and Colin was there to meet us with the keys and Diane the owner made the booking process painless - thank you. We hope to return soon.

La Zenia is 25 minutes by car from San Javier Airport & 40 minutes from Alicante airport.

Cabo Roig & La Zenia are the nearest “blue flag” sandy beaches (Approx.10 minutes. walk) with sports, restaurants, bars & amenities close by. La Zenia Boulevard is just a few minuits drive away, it is the biggest shopping center of the province of Alicante. There are 3 premier golf courses (Villa Martin, Las Ramblas & Campoamor) within 5 to 10 minutes drive. Tennis courts & horse riding are also to be found. Torrevieja is a short drive or bus ride away (approx. 5 kms), it is a bustling resort town with many restaurants, bars, discos, good shopping & a large market on Friday. (Our local market is on Saturday).

At La Zenia & Cabo Roig there are numerous restaurants, bars, discos & shops along the main road at just 5 minutes walk, there is also a supermarket 10 minutes walk away and if you like exploring by car you will find good road links to the surrounding areas,

encompassing many historic sites & towns & also modern fun attractions.
