Tolles Apartment! Die Küche klein aber für kleine Gerichte ausreichend ausgestattet - Kaffee kochen geht aber nicht da nur eine kleiner Espressokocher vorhanden. 3 Minuten zum Strand. Toller Garten, Parkplatz vor dem Haus - Super. In dieser Gegend ist man immer recht nah an der Bahn und man darf nicht zu Geräusch empfindlich sein.

Ottima soluzione

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in agosto presso l'appartamento 'eden' al piano terra (credo ne siano disponibili altri 3). Tutto ha corrisposto alla descrizione. L'immobile era pulito e completo, i proprietari gentili e discreti ci hanno dato utili informazioni per il soggiorno. La posizione è ottima: una breve passeggiata e si è in spiaggia (la prima parte è una discesa da tener presente nel caso si abbiano difficoltà motorie). L'esterno dell'appartamento consente di mangiare e soggiornare con sufficiente privacy ed il giardino comune è ottimo anche per bambini piccoli. Facile parcheggio, separato dal giardino. Se posso dare un consiglio per migliorare l'offerta con poco: provvedere un servizio WI-FI continuativo (i proprietari gentilmente mi hanno consentito di accedere sporadicamente al loro) perché il provider 3/4G che ho io ha una pessima copertura sulla zona.

Really lovelly!!

We been in villachiara in September, and we had the chance to enjoy the garden and the interior of the apartement. The beach is just 3 minutes walking and owner are really sympa and helpful. We reccomand it!!

Ottima Location

Siamo stati ospiti l'ultima settimana di luglio, io mia moglie il nostro bimbo di 2 anni e i nonni, e purtroppo solo il tempo che ha fatto i capricci ci ha impedito di godere appieno questa vacanza e del mare di questa parte di Adriatico. Ma per il resto siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Bellissima villa, tenuta benissimo. Il nostro alloggio era accogliente, comodo e pulito. Grande spazio esterno in comune anche per i bimbi. Il primo lido balneare è vicino, c'è solo una salita prima di arrivare alla villa visto che ha una posizione più elevata rispetto al mare e quindi più panoramica. Silvi è molto carina e tranquilla, a misura di bambino a cominciare dalla spiaggia. Proprietaria in loco cordiale, disponibile e allo stesso tempo discreta. Federico, con cui ho avuto contatti per la prenotazione, altrettanto gentile, disponibile e correttissimo. Siamo arrivati per un problema il giorno dopo a quando previsto e ha avuto un'attenzione che non mi aspettavo. Grazie è complimenti

Angolo di campagna a poch...

Angolo di campagna a pochi passi dalle spiagge attrezzate di Silvi. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento piano terra a sud. Casa ristrutturata e ben curata. Terrazzo privato e ampissimo spazio comune. Proprietaria disponibile, riservata, cortese. Noi e i nostri bimbi ci siamo trovati benissimo.
