About this property

Bright and cozy apartment of 86sqm with two bedrooms, located on the third floor of a historic building of the '600 notified to the Superintendence of Cultural Heritage. The sleeping area features a spacious master bedroom and a single room furnished with valuable furniture of the nineteenth century. The living room is equipped with a USB digital TV, a library with magazines and books, armchairs and a very comfortable sofa bed. The view enjoyed by the living room is very wide because of its exposure at the intersection of two channels. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and washing machine. The kitchen has been recently renovated and fully equipped, and it is complete with dishwasher, microwave and traditional oven.

Fabulous place. Fabulous location

Really great property, quite big, and has everything you need. Friendly hosts who made sure we were happy and knew everything we needed to know. Really great location with a fabulous view of canals, in a quiet residential area but only a few minutes walk from a street with cafes and shops etc.

Our hosts, Francesco and Maria were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were met of the water taxi and taken to the apartment. The place itself was perfectly located: near to the hustle and bustle but situated in a quiet and beautiful area of the city with girgeous views.

Perfect apartment and location

Communication with owner was superb. He advised on getting water bus from airport €27 return. He met us at the relevant stop and walked us 5 mins to property. Lots of stairs to top floor and a safe building with main door, additional lock gate before apartment. Apartment is as described but it huge! So much space. Fully equipped with all we needed. Views sold us the apartment and did not disappoint. Apartment is 5 mins walk from a Main Street with a coop for supplies. Not cheap but venice isn’t cheap. From this street it’s 15 mins enjoyable walk to rialto bridge via bridges galore and streets so venician. Or back at the street mentioned you can take a shared taxi gondola (traghetto) over the grand canal to rialto market. At end of the stay the owner came to the apartment to refund deposit and check all had been ok. We were able to leave our bags in the building until we left later in the day. Owner once again very polite and helpful. If we visit Venice again we would stay here without question. Only thing we would change is some bigger glasses to enjoy a beer in. Great stay. Thank you!!

Brilliant apartment

We have been to Venice before, but this time we wanted to stay longer to explore the city more, enjoy the Biennale, and use Venice as a base to take trips to Milan and Bologna by train. This apartment was in the perfect location, as it was only a 10 minute walk to the Rialto, and 15mins to the train station. It was also extremely quiet, with no restaurants/bars in the immediate vicinity. However it was just a minute away from one of the busiest routes through Venice, with the best supermarket around. The apartment itself was perfect. Really spacious, nice furniture, and very comfortable: and very quiet! It was just what we needed. The pictures do not lie: they are very accurate. Francesco met us off the vaporetto, and provided loads of useful information. Maria was also very helpful; knowing she was near in case there was a problem was very good. We would have no hesitation in staying here again. Definitely worth it.

"We really enjoyed our st...

"We really enjoyed our stay in Venice. The apartment was big, well furnished, well equipped, quiet and clean . We particularly enjoyed the location which was just away from the main tourist area but within easy reach of everything. It was nice to be able to see canals out of every window and observe locals going about their day to day activities. We were also very impressed with the booking process and greatly appreciated the assistance from the very helpful and friendly owners. We can highly recommend this apartment."
