This brand new, large, two bedroom apartment (70M2) is situated on the select development of Marina Parc Cannes Mandelieu, located on the River Siagne - a short walk from the beach (riverside walk) and in the perfect location for exploring the delights of the Côte d'Azur. Mandelieu La Napoule (Cannes Bay) is a well known and popular family beach resort, and is a particular favourite for those interested in sailing, golf and water sports, such as water skiing, diving, fishing, etc. In addition, the town has been awarded the 'France Station Nautique' for the quality of its holiday amenities. Within the complex there are gardens, marina and an infinity pool overlooking the boat moorings and adjacent to the apartment complex is an activity area and fitness trail. The apartment is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, two world class golf courses, tennis courts and a number of beaches are found 15-20min walk away along the beautiful River Siagne riverside walk.

WiFi- Apartment is fully equipped with high speed fibre optic broadband.

The beaches located at La-Napoule castle alongside the marine and those adjacent to Cannes bay are particularly delightful and both can be accessed via a scenic walk alongside the River Siagne.

Golf Information: All year round golf is almost guaranteed on the Cote D’Azur, on a variety of landscapes, with courses suited to all levels. There are 19+ courses to choose from, all within an hour’s drive. In Mandelieu there are two excellent golf courses both within easy access of the apartment (Old course 15min walk). The Riviera Golf Club and the Old Course Cannes Mandelieu. Riviera Golf Club. Built during the 1990s, Riviera Golf was designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior. Mostly level with some hills and lakes. This is an 18 hole, par 72 course of 5,736 metres with practice tees and putting green. The Old Course, Cannes-Mandelieu Inaugurated in 1891, it is the oldest course on the coast. A very beautiful course lined with umbrella pines around the Siagne River. During the course of a game, you even have to take a short boat ride. This is an 18-hole course of 5,676 metres, par 71, complete with a 9-hole course of 2,409 meters, par 33. There is a good practice area and a lovely old world clubhouse.

Phantastic stay

The apartment has a very good position close to the sea and with good possibilities for shopping, bakeries etc. In addition, there are good opportunities for exercising/training. The apartment itself is of highest quality with all attributes available. The balcony gives a nice view for good morning and evening hours. The place could just as well be used without having a car. However, the Corniche d'Or should be tried out....

Beautiful Apartment Overlooking the Marina and Canal.

A wonderful stay at this gorgeous apartment. Very clean and spacious with excellent amenities. The apartment has a large terrace area and is un-overlooked and very private, which we loved. The local hostess is lovely and extremely helpful, went out of her way to make us welcome.

The local beach is a good 20 minutes walk but along the canal so the walk does seem to go quickly. The better beaches are a little further.

We drove to France so were lucky enough to have our car and used it most days to drive to other beaches and locations for sightseeing. However, there is a bus stop opposite which takes you to Cannes and Nice very quickly and easily.

There is a municipal airport very near, so some occasional noise from the small aircraft in and out, but, this was only ever during the day and did not effect our sleep or our stay.

Our 11 year old daughter loved the apartment so much, she wanted to stay for longer.

If we choose to visit the French Riviera again, we would have no hesitation in staying at this apartment for a further period.

Great location for the south of France

Flew into Nice and hired a car, colleting at the aiport. Easy to locate with underground secure parking for the car.

Accurate description of a lovely two bedroom apartment, very clean and well maintained. Modern kitchen. air conditioning plug in units

Met by Fiona to collect the keys and return the keys

Use the apartment as a base to visit Cannes/St Tropez/Port Grimaud and drove to Monaco - all easy to locate public parking

Pool not very busy and often only us at the pool

Lovely river walk with lots of runners and walkers, safe with lots of families using the pathway

Outdoor fitness park in the grounds of the apartment

supermarket close by and places to eat we used Trip Advisor. We really like the one in the front of the supermarker with indoor and outdoor seating

Excellent stay in Mandelieu

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful apartment. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It had a large balcony with a lovely view over the peaceful River Siagne. We loved to eat breakfast out in the sun on the balcony every morning.

The walk to the beach was about 25 minutes. It was a beautiful walk along the river and the children loved to watch the fish in the river and all the boats on the river. The beaches were nice and clean.

Andy was helpful before we went and the meet and greet service with Fiona was very useful when we arrived.

Thank you for a lovely week at your apartment in Mandeliu.

We would highly recommand this apartment.

Ideal rental.

With a grown up family (teenage children) our annual holiday is the one opportunity to enjoy some time doing things together and it is important that the location is good. This apartment was perfect - clean and well maintained, spacious and well furnished with everything we needed. The service provided from our initial enquiry, confirmation, meet and greet arrival, right through to our departure was friendly and efficient. Mandelieu proved to be a relaxing location, with enough to do locally with good restaurants and beaches and local shops and also very central to tour other areas (we had a hire car and the apartment included secure parking).

We would highly recommend this rental and are hoping to return next year.

excellent stay

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks in August and had a very pleasant stay. It has an excellent kitchen including oven and microwave all brand new and from a very good quality. We really enjoyed having English tv during the Olympics.

It was very convenient that the supermarket and some nice restaurants were very close by. The walk to the beach was 25 minutes but it is a beautiful walk alongside the river and it was a nice exercise twice daily. During the busy month of August it was very nice that you don't have to use a car all the time.

The apartment has a large terrace which is very nice to sit outside in the evening. We enjoyed our stay!

Marina Parc is located within Mandelieu La Napoule a short drive from the centre of Cannes. The bay, which is within walking distance of the apartment, has sandy beaches with water sport equipment hire facilities. The Port of La Napoule is also well worth a visit with its beautiful beach and cafes. The apartment is conveniently located near numerous restaurants, shops, a supermarket and two world class golf courses adjacent to the development. The local railway station is about 2 km away while the nearest TGV Mediterranean railway station is located in Cannes. The location is ideally situated to explore the French Riviera coast from Italy to St. Tropez, incl Nice, Frejus, Antibes and Monte Carlo. Further inland the enchanting hilltop villages and towns of the Alps Maritime, including Mougins, Grasse, St Paul de Vence and Eze are only a short drive away along with the spectacular Grand Canyon du Verdon. For the more adventurous, skiing is available at Isola 2000 which is 1.5 hours away.

Other Activities: Numurous ski resorts within 1-1.5 hours drive in Isola 2000, Valberg and Auron along with 2 world class golf courses on the doorstep

With a south facing aspect you can expect sun throughout the day making the open plan living area delightful all day long.
