If you are visiting Ottawa as a tourist or if you are coming for business, you are going to love the location!

We are within walking distance to most of Ottawa's main attractions.

We are also within walking distance to United States Embassy and a few other embassies are near by. We are right in the government and business district of Ottawa.

This beautiful two bedroom loft apartment is located on the second and third floor of a 3 story high heritage building. The building has a total of 6 apartments and a fare size convenience store is conveniently located on the ground floor of the building for all of your needs from fruits and vegetables to meat and other groceries, open every day even holidays from 8 am to 10 pm local time.

Me and my husband live in one of the units in the building and it is our pleasure to help you enjoy your stay in Ottawa and to make the most out of your time.

The two bedroom apartment has a master bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined to make a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is a futon in the living room and 4 adults or 4 adults and 1 children can sleep in this beautiful apartment.

Wireless internet is available anywhere in the building including the balcony.

Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a delicious meal for your family and friends. All pots and pans, small appliances, dishes and utensils are included.

The eat-in kitchen seats up to 6 for a formal dinner.

The bathroom has a full bathtub. Fresh towels and soaps are provided.

On site coin operating, washer/dryer, iron/ ironing board make it easy to do laundry while you're in town. A few dry cleaning stores are also located nearby on ST. Patrick Street and Dalhousie Street should you require their services.

Building has a shared balcony with a bbq.

1 parking spot is included in the rental.

Very clean and well maintained.

Very accommodating for parking my truck. It did not fit in their garage. A normal sized car would fit. Stayed with my family of 4. Easy walk to sights downtown.

Property was nice, clean and very close to the Byward market and other sites.

Property was nice and clean and the owners were very responsive. The unit had a seating area with TV on main floor and a small eat in kitchen to prepare meals. Sleeping quarters were upstairs with a nice couch and 2nd sitting area. The unit is as pictured so book with confidence. It was nice having the sleeping area upstairs as two of us liked to retire earlier and it was quieter that having a TV on the same level. There was also a large siting area with a fireplace and sofa if you waned to lie down and read. The location is very close walk to many site (Byward market, parliament buildings, museums & the mint). Being a downtown location there is some noise at night and there is some homelessness that you'll see but that is typical of any large city when staying downtown. I would definitely stay again given the opportunity, it's a great price and a very convenient property for site seeing!

Excellent !

This is a great condo! The photos don't do It justice! It is very spacious and was very clean, not to mention nicely decorated and well equipped. Easy, lovely walk to byward market and parliament hill.

Very easy check in procedure. Mojgen was very accommodating when I asked for a ridiculous request after I left... I forgot a business card on the table and needed the contact info. Much to my surprise she kindly took a pic of it and text me the info! A few minor things, but nothing that would stop me from staying again are

be prepared to haul your luggage up a long set of steep stairs! As well, although secure and covered, the parking spot is very tiny. It would have also been nice to have a second key or maybe a coded door for easier access as there was 2 of us with different agendas. These aren't complaints, just a few things to be aware of.
