The best apartment in Miami Beach

The apartment is amazing top notch. The condo is right on the beach and have all the amenities do you need. The apartment have all do you possible need for long stays. Thanks to Ganeesha and Raymond for everything.

best stay we have so far in south florida

well equipped and well stocked which is the most unusual feature and makes you feel at home fairly quickly. the location allowed us to walk to large selection of restaurants and a supermarket, immediately step on the beach and for me to easily drive to Brickell avenue to reach my office. this is one where none of my family members complained - absolute total success. last note, using the finger prints (young adults and adults only) to open access into the building was helpful to avoid carrying keys while at the pool or the beach.

Great beach front property

My family and I stayed in this property for a month. The apartment is equipped with all essentials (kitchen appliances, cable TV, extra bedding, beach towels), has breathtaking views and is located beach front. The decoration is modern. Beds and couch are very comfortable. The building is well maintained and the parking spot is a plus when in staying in Miami. Beach service is great with umbrelas and beach chairs available everyday. The street is quite busy but nothing that disturbs sleeping and has a big grocery store, coffee shops and pharmacy just few blocks away. There is a gas station (with a 7Eleven) right across the street. The Manager (Raymond) is very polite and available when needed. Planning to come back next year! :-)

Beautiful views, immaculate apartment and very responsive owner and her agent.

The apartment, on the 15th floor, has gorgeous views of the ocean, the intracoastal, and the bay. Raymond, the owner's agent, was extremely helpful and the owner, Ganeesha Leelasena, responded to emails immediately. We liked the building and staff and the neighborhood, and the beach was less crowded in a good way than South Beach where we usually stay.
