Gute Lage, aber abgewohnt

Die Mini Villa hat eine super Lage, nur 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Auch die Anlage ist schön. Allerdings weist die Immobilie einige Mängel auf, die uns sehr gestört haben. Die Haupttüre ist eine Schiebetüre und lässt sich nicht korrekt verschließen. Egal wie der Hebel der Türe veschlossen wird, die Türe lässt sich ohne Schlüssel öffnen. Ein Safe ist vorhanden, jedoch defekt. Somit waren unsere Wertsachen den gesamten Zeitraum ungesichert. Das Doppelbett besteht aus zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammen geschoben wurden und nachts auseinandergerutscht sind. Für 4 Handtücher und das Bettlaken wurde eine zusätzliche Gebühr verlangt, diese wurden dann in 15 Tagen nicht einmal gewechselt. Die Handtücher mussten wir dann selbst waschen.

Maison les pieds dans l’eau

Maison avec jardin et terrasse pratique même si un peu sous équipée. La proximité du petit supermarché et des restaurants est un plus. Enfin la maison est parfaitement située pour aller à la plage à pied.

Santa Giulia : un séjour pour un dépaysement les pieds dans l’eau

Location correspondant totalement au descriptif. Accueil très agréable et chaleureux de Ket…😀. Très agréable de se retrouver en 5 mn sur la merveilleuse plage de Santa Giulia. Logement très fonctionnel bien équipé, et la climatisation est très appréciable : on se sent à la maison facilement. L’espace vert de la copropriété est très bien entretenu. Merci pour l’accueil de notre chienne : elle s’est également bien adaptée. Séjour très apprécié et validée pour toute la famille : à l’année prochaine !
