About this property

The ' little house of Zia Luisa' 'is a typical small stone cottage very near the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean bush.
It is part of an ancient small hamlet of private countryside consists of five houses, in the middle of a large property near the sea.
This was the typical home of our farmers in past centuries ...
Today is equipped with all the comforts needed for a pleasant holiday spent far from the most famous tourist destinations but in contact with the real Sardinia.
With us it will be easier to discover our traditions, festivals, extraordinary locations and traditional cuisine.
We will be happy to share with you these places, you appreciate the taste of the fruits of our land and to point you in the itineraries for archaeological and naturalistic excursions inland and in the sea.
Living/ dining room with kitchenette ,single bed , little loft opened in livingroom with double bed , bathroom.

The price includes the cost of water, gas and final cleaning.
Electricity consumption will be counted separately, with the meter reading on arrival and departure.
The cottage consists of a living room with kitchenette, loft with double bed, single bed, bathroom with shower. Outside, a large private courtyard, surrounded by stone walls, with a beautiful view of the sea, where you can have lunch and stay relax in the shade of a magnificent olive. There is also a small sink and an outdoor shower.

"Rustic and quiet locatio...

"Rustic and quiet location with panoramic views, handy for local beaches, car essential. Basic but adequete furnishings.Definatlyey brinlots of mos insect repelent as lots of mosquitos. Valeria and family very helpful anf friendley. I would definatley return,however."

Es war ok.

Im groben und ganzen war es ok. Wie bereits andere geschrieben haben, es fehlt mal eine pflegende Hand, das Objekt steht nicht allein sondern gehört zu einem weiteren Haus dem gegenüber die Vermieter wohnen, Internet hat man nur im Restaurant. War uns egal da wir genug Empfang am handy hatten. Zusammengefasst: Es ist irgendwie gepflegt Ungepflegt. Es müssten einfach mal ein paar dinge erneuert werden. Ach und die Matratze liegt nur auf dem Boden, als Warnung für Leute mit Rücken. Die Katzen sind genial und man hat ansonsten seine Ruhe!

Enttäuschend

Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht vom Haus (alles sehr alt und nicht gut in Schuss - Boiler, Mikrowelle, Strom, zum Teil keine Glühbirnen, kein WLAN), die Terrasse, Gartenmöbel schmutzig, ungepflegt, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr kurz und knapp, wir erhielten keine Information über das Haus (Gas, Boiler). Bei Problemen kam allerdings sofort jemand um sich z.B. um warmes Wasser zu kümmern. Schade, wir hatten uns auf ein uriges Haus gefreut und haben keinen großen Komfort erwartet, aber das, was wir vorfanden, bräuchte dringend jemand, der sich darum kümmert und das Haus wieder in Schuss bringt.

Entspannung pur

Wer es perfekt haben möchte der sollte sich unbedingt die Zimmer des B&B anschauen. Dieses Haus hat den typischen Landhauscharakter und ist urgemütlich und man hat alles was man für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Terrasse ist schön angelegt und wirklich sehr groß. Hier kann man auch den Sonnenaufgang genießen. Hier gibt es nur zwei Häuschen, das Haus der Eigentümer und sonst nur Landschaft mit Blick bis aufs Meer. Valieria die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein Besuch in dem eigenen Restaurant wenige hundert Meter entfernt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Insgesamt einer der entspanntesten Urlaube die wir je hatten. Lieben Dank an Valeria!!!

This romantic and cozy holiday home is situated in a beautiful rustic, offers absolute privacy and relax. The sea is very close, less than a two minute drive, and the choice of beaches and cliffs lets spend your days are always different and beautiful. Even we, who work and live in the island we always manage to appreciate their beauty .... we hope to convey this passion.

What makes this property unique

From the terrace in front you see the sea, from different angles ... a private courtyard with ancient olive tree for outdoor lunches and dinners will welcome ensuring privacy, and the small window that overlooks the courtyard often cats will give you a good morning. There is always a pot of fresh basil for your kitchen, and all aromatic herbs are available to you, just go to the garden to pick them up ... Rosemary, sage, marjoram, juniper, parsley ... there's just all over!
