Beautifully cared for appartment

Franca's little house was absolutely charming and very well cared for. It was super clean and had all the touches of home, including flowers in vases, pretty pictures and ornaments and great storage space upstairs. The complex itself was very quiet (we went in June) and we had the lovely swimming pool to ourselves most days. It was also well kept and clean. The area is very peaceful and the surrounding countryside is absolutely beautiful. You do need to drive everywhere (even to the nearest restaurant) but as long as you expect that, it's fine. I'd say the house is perfect for two but would be a bit of a squash if you had two more on the sofa bed, however, it was great for us! I would definitely recommend Franca's appartment and also Franca. She was very kind and attentive, kept in touch during our stay and offered advice on the local area. All in all a lovely experience! Thank you Franca!

Blissful two weeks in Tuscany.

This is a beautiful place with everything we needed for our stay. It is ideally located for visiting Florence and other surrounding towns. The pool is great for a cool off at the end of the day, there are several sun loungers but during the week we had it pretty much to ourselves. Other owners were on site at weekends and made us feel welcome with a friendly wave or Ciao! Franco is friendly and helpful leaving numerous recommendations at the property and she replied to any queries promptly, she also reached out to check on us and gave further recommendations for beach days. If your lucky enough to stay here head to Baratti beach which is stunning, also eat at Passa Tempo al Cubo but be sure to book as its popular with both tourists and locals. A great little place and we hope to return in the future.

Great quality apartment private and relaxing location. No issues with facilities in apartment. Would recommend apartment and facilities for quite break with opportunity to see some of Tuscany’s historic and iconic towns & cities.

A Beautiful location lovingly cared for by the residents.

Set in a picturesque rural location, the property offered us the perfect place to relax and get away from it all. It’s well located for those wanting to do site seeing in Florence, Pisa and Siena.” As it’s just around an hours drive from each. Very convenient for stunning San Gimignano just 15 mins away. The property could be described as a beautiful little 2 story house with kitchen with living area down stairs and bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is excellent (hot and powerful). The kitchen although small offers plenty of facilities and enough space to prepare a meal. There is a small well maintained garden with outside table with 4 chairs to enjoy the evening over a bottle of wine. The property is part of a complex has 2 pools, tennis court, children’s equipment. The complex was once included a spa resort with restaurant which unfortunately has since gone out of business. However the residents work hard to ensure the grounds and facilities are immaculately maintained. The rural location does mean that a car is essential, as even the closest restaurant would involve a 30 minute walk down unlit country roads. Our host Franca was very attentive and ensured we had someone to meet us and show us around on arrive despite our heavily delayed flight meant we didn’t arrive until nearly mindnight. Would highly recommend for those looking for a quite life. But will require a car to get around.

A wonderful little Tuscan hideaway, but with plenty of places in easy reach.

This is a lovely little house, beautifully furnished and equipped, with a great eye for detail - a really wonderful little slice of Italy. It has a secluded garden which was great for eating in, and was very peaceful and quiet. The pool was great and the surrounding area was breath-taking. This is both a great place to stay and to use as a base for exploring San Gimignano, Sienna etc. Franca, the owner, couldn't be more helpful. "Perfeto"
