Lovely small apartment in a 4 stars apartment building with terraces overlooking the bay, in the heart of a Mediterranean park with pool and fenced parking. Small grocery and pub near the swimming pool, opened from May to September.
Shops 2km away.
The beach is 300m away by foot, without having to cross any road.
Bus station for Nice, Monaco, Menton and Vintimille 100m away.
From the balcony there is an open outlook, you will enjoy an amazing view over the bay of Villefranche, one of the most beautiful of the world of the Boron Mountain and the Cap Ferrat peninsula.

Clean, tidy well equipped and compact

Clean and tidy, adequate and good value as a base for a family of essentially 5 adults. Access arrangements clear and easy. Although it was the height of summer, only downside is no air conditioning, but they do supply 2 fans.

Property is quite run down but doesn’t really matter as we spent most of our day in the pool.

Amazing view - great location

We have just spent four days in this apartment. It was a perfect size for tho adults and our two children. The terrasse was the best! Great size and great view. We also really enjoyed the lovely pool and close proximity to the beach. We will definitely be back!
