About this property

Tucked away among the Amalfi green hills, “ Nancy Holiday Home” offers its clients a breath-taking view of the whole coast. It has a large terrace for your breakfast or dinner and a really comfortable inside.
Just a few little steps from the carriageway and you get to this little corner of paradise.
Our Holiday Home is not far from the main seaside resorts like Positano, Ravello, Capri and Pompei ( see photo gallery). It has got a dining/living room with a cooking corner, two bed- rooms for five people on the whole, a fully functional bathroom and all the comforts.
As soon as you arrive, you’ll be warmly welcome by the young owners who will help you to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. They’ll give you all the depliants and guide-books for your excursions to the famous seaside resorts and the beaches of the coast, and will recommend you the best restaurants an shops in this area,very high-performance internet connection with the fiber optic line

Short stays are also accepted.As a gift, when you arrive you will be given a guidebook, a map with roads and tourist routes, a dvd 'Campania' that you can already see in the house that Nancy will help you plan your excursions.

A brilliant property in a great location with everything you need for a great stay.

This was out first time in Italy and we loved it. The accommodation was stunning, exceptionally clean and well equipped, with all you need. Sabatino and his family were simply the perfect hosts. So kind, friendly and generous, with gifts of food and drink throughout our stay and helpful information on the area, how to travel and where to go. We loved Amalfi, Capri, Conca Dei Merini and Pompeii. The location of the accommodation allows easy access to the surrounding areas and places to visit. Great food and drink in local restaurants and the Italian people were so friendly and very welcoming. We will be back!

Amalfi views from a good base and great host

The apartment was located maybe two thirds up the hillside approximately 15mins drive west and up from Amalfi in an area called Tovere (Two-verr-ai). Located at the end of a windy narrow road you could park on the road for free with no problems or pay to use a private yard. We were there late October so not that busy and no issue parking on the street. Sabatino met us and showed us down the path maybe 50metres to the apartment, which is in a block of maybe 4 in the building, with Sabatino and Bernadetto living on the top floor and our apartment in one half of the middle floor. The rooms are as per the photos and have all the facilities you require for a stay. A little complimentary food for breakfast, and home brew wine and limoncello were left for us which was a nice touch as we didn't stop at a shop on the drive through. Sabatino spoke good English and explained places to go and where shops and restaurants were located and made himself available at anytime if we needed to call him. One evening he knocked on the door with a large piece of homemade fig jam tart which we polished off quite quickly.....nice. The view from the balcony is not quite what is shown in the photos, you can see left and down to Amalfi but it is not as close as they suggest. There is a building in front to the left of the apartment block and a electricity pylon to the left which obscure the view a little, but the views straight ahead and to the left are unhindered and reach out to the sea and coastline and did not disappoint. The apartment was great for our stay of 5 nights at the end of Oct17 and luckily the weather was great and sunny with blue sky's and roughly 20degs most days. We used it as a base to explore Amalfi, Ravelo, Maiori, Positano and Sorrento. The roads are tight, windy and slow compared to perhaps most built up areas and cities and causes a few sharp intakes of breath when driving especially when faced with an oncoming bus and moped whizzing round the corners and tunnels, but this is all part of the Amalfi coast experience and take your time and let the local drivers do their thing and don't get stressed about it. On two evenings we walked up the approx 800 steps to San Lazzaro and ate at Leonardo's restaurant. (The steps are a light challenge if you haven't exercised in a while!) There is a small shop, grocers and a few bars and Pizzerias available as well. All in all a great stay and good location to explore. Thanks Sabatino & Bernadetto!

Hospiltality and butifull place

We spend one week at Casa Nancy in late August. It was really excellent time, in quite place with beautiful view on see and very comfortable rooms. Very good place to visit Amalfi cost, Capri, Pompeii and Vesuvius. But maybe you will see similar conditions somewhere else. What really differentiate Casa Nancy and made for us exceptional are the owners: Sabatino and Benedetta. They are so friendly and helpful that we have field like in the real family. Always open to help even in unusual situation. What I always will remember is that when we come late night, pretty tired and hungry as was to late to buy something and they prepared the home made pizza for us with bottle of wine. Another example I damage my SLR camera with no chance to make any photos what is my passion and Sabatino borrow his professional one. And many others examples like vegetables from the garden, pick up to the port etc. etc.. Their hospitality was so natural and human that it was really tough to leave them.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful place !!!!!!!

Casa Nancy is located in a place called Tovere, which is about a 5 min drive from Amalfi. The views from the apartment are fantastic, to your left you can see Amalfi town and ahead you have views of the sea. Great to wake up to each morning as both bedrooms have patio doors that lead on to the large balcony. Tovere is a very small quite location, easy to find and get to. The apartment is very spacious and you can see that the owners have great pride in their rental home. Free wifi which is a must, flat screen TV and DVD player. There is free parking which is worth its weight in gold for this area. You can also pay extra to have a secured parking area. There are steps to the apartment but they are very manageable and Sabatino helped us with all our luggage in and out of the apartment. Sabatino and Benedetta are the most wonderful owners/hosts that you can meet. When we arrived they had made home made limoncello from their lemons that they grow, local cheese and meats from the area. Home made wine from their grape vines and cupboards full of tea and coffee, milk, pasta, risotto. Home made cakes and honestly the list is just endless. Have stayed in many apartments but we were all overwhelmed by their kindness and generosity. On our arrival they gave us a beautiful tourist book on Amalfi book and a map. You can get buses to and from but would highly recommend hiring a car. Loved this place so much that I have booked another week for next year.

Beautiful Amalfi home with great host

Casa Nancy was an excellent location for staying in the Amalfi Coast. Away from the business with a magnificent view of the sea. Plus Sabatino was such a pleasant host always helping and guiding us. Highly recommend it!!
