Heart of Croisette, beaches, restaurants, shopping on foot, easing going life

Our apartment is in the Palais Miramar 65 boulevard de la Croisette, between the hotels Carlton & Martinez (about 200 yards away). It is spacious and quiet, comfortable for 2-4 guests. For business trips, we recommend it for 1 or 2 people.

Miramar has a front desk open 24/7 with a concierge service providing full security (cameras) and allowing to get keys at any time. 2 elevators + private garage when needed (to be booked in advance).

Beaches, restaurants, shopping all around, grocers at 300 ft, and a supermarket at 0,2 mile.

Miramar building faces the sea but our apartment does not have a seaview. It will please guests looking for a calm environment as you do not hear the cars driving on La Croisette or the noises from the beaches - even when the french windows are fully open. The general atmosphere is very cool, everything has been arranged for our guests to feel at home. The apartment was decorated in Provence style, silent air-conditioning in each room with remote controls, and central heating in winter.

Beaches all along (public beach at 0,15 mile), Port Canto (yachts) at 0,2 mile on the left, Festival Hall is a 5/10 min walk on the right. Bus stop n° 8 in front of the building : it drives all along La Croisette, from Palm Beach to the city hall. Rue d'Antibes at 0,15 mile. 2 covered car parks at 5 min (booking possible via internet) or numerous paying/non paying parking spaces all around Miramar.

Why The Owner chose Centre Ville

If you like easy going things, this apartment is for you. Everything is simple, if you get there and you are late because of your flight, the concierge at front desk will be able to deliver keys at any time and will give you any information you will need during your stay (So will I).

If you like resting, you will enjoy the jacuzzi bath.

The apartment and environment are very calm.
