About this property

2/2 half duplex located on West Ocean Dr in Key Colony Beach. This unit has a king bed in the master and two twins in the guest room that will combine to a king. This 936 sq. Ft home will sleep 4 people maximum. You will have cabana club membership and can use the pool and beach on property. Central ac, BBQ, internet, TV in master bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

No pets allowed.

**Please note that this home does not have dockage for your boat and there is a boat trailer that remains on property. Therefore you are unable to park a boat and trailer in the driveway due to KCB regulations only one trailer on property at a time. **

Key colony beach park features includes a 9-hole golf course, walking and jogging course, children’s playground, horseshoes, bocce ball, tennis and basketball courts.

Lovely stay

We were a couple but big enough for 4 easily. Beach club good but busy so go at the right time. Several restaurants you can walk to but the large grocery store is 4 miles away. Area nice and quiet with a small marina at sparkys landing where you can book jet skis etc. everything was as described my only suggestion would be to update the information folder as some information was from 2007. Very relaxing stay thank you

Perfect Get Away

This was just what my sons and I needed. The property was just as described. The area is perfect, walking distance to the Cabana club, a small beach area. Communication was always quick and very helpful. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Great Location

Property was just what we expected, clean, had all of the amenities, the location was closed to everything and we thoroughly enjoyed the Cabana Club!

Beautiful Property

My wife and I stayed here and unfortunately had to leave early due to a medical issue. The property and location are beautiful. The check in process was smooth and communication with the host was as well. We did not have a chance to use the Cabana Club. I hope to stay here again once the medical issues are resolved.
