All E MAILs receive an answer. The car station on the small car park of the residence just before the rental. The residence consists of a ground floor surmounted by two other apartments. The proposed apartment is on the raised ground floor (see photo). It is located in a residential area. Commerce, beach, casino, city center everything is flat for walks to P I E D. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Parking side: 1 bedroom with washbasin, kitchen. PARC side: 1 bedroom and living room opening onto balcony with a table. Meals are taken on the living room table. A park adjoins the residence with a playground and possibility to play petanque etc. Charges included However it will be necessary to regulate the heating, the taxes of stay and expenses of cleaning of the flat (20 € per hour). The price of the household will depend on the state in which the apartment has been left but there will be 20 € fixed to be paid for the household even if the apartment is left clean.




The check of deposit is to address to itsas-mendi street. If the reservation is too close to the date of the stay, the payment will be made either in cash or in cash order at the choice of the tenant

Super vacances au Pays Basques !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement était très propre et très bien situé. Près de tous et juste devant un petit parc très apprécié par nos 2 jack russels. Toutes nos cautions nous ont bien été rendus. Merci Yolande pour votre accueil chaleureux et comme vu ensemble, c’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Conforme à la description
Emplacement privilégié proche de la plage principale, quartier calme. L'appartement est assez vaste pour les 3 personnes que nous étions, les chambres également. On peut regretter une salle d'eau un peu petite mais ce n'est pas rédhibitoire. La place de parking est un plus (à préciser qu'il n'y a pas de place réservé avec l'appartement, on se gare où l'on peut) mais à chaque fois que j'ai pris la voiture j'ai pu au retour me garer sur le parking de la résidence. Location intéressante et à un prix raisonnable pour fin août. Propriétaire sympathique.
