Well equipped apartment in the heart of Kensington, close to shops and amenities. A large terrace which has sunshine all day. Good for outdoor living. Master bedroom has large fully fitted wardrobe. All beds fitted with quality bed linen.

There are at least 3 gyms which are walking distance away, who would welcome short term members. One has a swimming pool. The apartment has it own fron door on street level. It is a quiet neighbourhood street,safe and friendly with a villagey atmosphere.

Cozy rental in Kensington

We liked the unit, but probably would not rent again as the nearest usable Underground was at least 20 minutes away, and the real issue was the terrible noise from the water tank any time water was used.

Owner's Response: I am sorry about the water pump noise. It is possible to eliminate this by means of a switch, which should have been explained to you on arrival. It is there to give you extra water pressure whilst showering, it is not a constant noise and only audible when using the bathroom. There are actually 2 underground stations, one is Olympia which is a 5 minute walk and the other is Kensington High St. which is 10 mins. The bus stop is 2mins away. I will be sure to tell future guests the sometimes quirky features of the property. Never had a complaint before about this.

Lovely and convenient property

My teenage twins and I stayed here for a week during their fall break and felt completely at home. The property is clean and comfortable with all essential amenities. The location cannot be beat. It is in a quiet area but only a short walk to the train and the bus which will have you to Trafalgar Square in 30 minutes. Yvonne is quite responsive and very helpful with tips such as where to get groceries etc...We had no difficulty with the stairs, and it was nice having 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed the corner pub on two occasions after a long day of traversing the city which has a nice atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend renting this property!

Perfect for Girl's Getaway!

My mother, sister and I had a wonderful time! The apartment is as described and Yvonne went out of her way to assist us with collecting our bags upon our arrival (which was hours before check in time) and even provided us with a lift to Notting Hill where we had lunch and shopped until the apartment was ready for us. Having 2 full bathrooms was great! Location of apartment was wonderful and we always felt safe. Public transportation is easily accessible and the Londis store located downstairs was very convenient. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful and Comfortable

First let me begin by thanking our hostess Yvonne for such a warm welcome to the apartment in Kensington. Her friendliness made us feel as though we had known her for years. She familiarized us with apt, WIFI & TV & water pressure pump. There is a flight of stairs up as you come through the front door, then opens to living area & adjacent kitchen & terrace. There is a 2nd set of stairs leading to the 2 bedrooms (1 ensuite bath) the other down the hall near 2nd bedroom. Rooms are bright and airy, beds comfortable,. Yvonne gave us suggestions on nearby grocery stores on Kensington High St, and Londis next door (very convenient) and found they carried dairy free products. The Crown & Sceptre pub on the corner serves up a delicious Fish & Chips and variety of beer and has an exceptional staff. The apt is fully equipped and exceptionally clean. Our party of 3 enjoyed the living room sofas as we melted into them at the end of our daily adventures around London. The terrace doors open out to give a wonderful cross breeze from kitchen thru living area (great for the summer hot days) Apt location & neighborhood is quiet in the evenings & is a 5 min walk to bus routes off of KHS. Take it to KHS tube station or even walk if you want. Holland Park is nearby & a little further Hyde Park & Kensington Palace Gardens, We enjoyed our 1 week holiday in London & took a day trip to Windsor Castle via Paddington Station train, and used Paddington in & out of London from Heathrow (take Heathrow Express) We were extremely happy with our stay in this lovely apartment & hope to return again in future, & will recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you Yvonne for making the rental process so easy and for your welcoming smile and good cheer.

Loved this flat!

This was a wonderful spot and we are so grateful to have found it. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the property manager could not have been nicer! While there were more stairs than we'd realized (to get up to the flat and then up to the bedrooms), this was not a problem for our family and we loved that the back patio was raised up a floor and private. I enjoyed my coffee there each morning before a packed day in London, and it was a real treat to spend a week in this lovely part of Kensington. We LOVED getting to know Holland Park and the beautiful streets around it, and once we got the bus routes down we found this location to be absolutely ideal! We hope to return in the near future!

exactly as advertised. Great family property

Excellent location, we were a family of four and were very comfortable. Great outdoor space. Walking distance to Holland Park which was beautiful. Pub at the corner was excellent. Convenience store a lifesaver. Flat was exactly as advertised. Wonderful trip!
