Best location in Orient bay,
The good
-Phillipe the host was excellent, welcoming, helpful and resolved issues very quickly.
- Excellent location in Orient Bay - 10 min walk to beach and amazing restaurants.
-Safe gated neighbor-hood
-Very large spacious Villa, 3 huge double bedrooms. Note third bedroom has it's own front door and does not inter-connect with rest of villa.
-Nice view, but not beach view, more sea view in the distance.
-Well stocked kitchen
-Free Wifi and sky TV etc.
-Beer on arrival was a nice touch, thanks Phillipe :)
The not so good
- The villa is quite tired in places, for example the pool tiles are horribly dis-colored and need replacing. There is a peach bathroom, probably lovely in 1995, but really needs to be replaced now. Same for the wicker furniture and exposed pine paneling(could easily be painted). On a plus, some rooms have been re-vamped, but not all.
When this villa is full revamped, it will easily be a 5 star from me, as it's huge and in the best possible location, however the owners need to spruce it up before I re-vist.
