Une location qui vaut la moyenne

Studio bien placé, c'est son point fort. Lumineux, bonne isolation phonique, vue agréable sur les falaises du cap Canaille. Mais confort plutôt spartiate : plaque de cuisson électrique ancienne, pas de cafetière électrique, baignoire surélevée demandant un peu de souplesse et d'attention pour en sortir sans glisser, literie inconfortable sur la mezzanine… une location plutôt faite pour deux jeunes adultes, éventuellement avec deux jeunes enfants.

Studio très agréable, calme et sympa

On a séjourné plusieurs fois dans le studio et on se réjouit de retourner toujours. Le studio est parfait pour passer des semaines relaxantes à deux. C'est calme, bien équipé, lumineux avec les fenêtres de deux cotés, dont une donne sur Cap Canaille. La boulangerie à deux pas, le port et les magazins à deux minutes, c'est idéal. Très bruyant - salle de bain exiguë

Énormément de bruit jusque tard dans la nuit (studio situé sur une rue principale d'accès au centre, très fréquentée). Lieu de rassemblement des jeunes juste en face. Et chaque matin à l'aube, réveil en fanfare : entre 5 et 7 heures, rassemblement des poubelles des rues avoisinantes sur le trottoir sous les fenêtres du studio, déversage des ordures dans les camions, remise en place des containers des rues, nettoyage par le camion balayage. Salle de bain exiguë, au point qu'il est mal aisé de s'asseoir convenablement sur la cuvette du wc...

Charmante location calme et très bien située

Famille de Bretagne (4 Personnes) avons fortement apprécié cette location agréable et surtout bien située à 2 pas du port et des commerces et à moins de 8 Mn de l'arrêt de bus pour notre retour à la gare de Marseille. L'appartement est clair, propre et bien équipée. Ben que petite, la mezzanine a eu de succès auprès de nos grands enfants (24 et 20 ans). Nous recommandons cette adresse surtout si vous n'avez pas de véhicule.

Agréable Séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce studio bien situé non loin du port et de la plage. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Je recommande cette location.
