About this property

Nice house with garden, pool and barbecue. The house consists of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and large living room with fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning / heat, wood stove. Several terraces, one covered, all with furniture, private parking, ping pong table large garden with orange trees, lemons, tomatoes ... in the garden (in the home) is a shower room and laundry. In the garden there is a room for children to play and an adjoining room (new building) double room with lounge ( supplements price 200 euros per week if you use it) is rented with the main house.

Beautiful house in a wonderful location

The house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The location is close enough to Sollér to walk into town, located on a small road with no traffic, except the occasional hiker. Sollér is a great little town surrounded by the Tramuntura mountains, and only a short tram-ride (or car ride) from the beach.

Fabulous hosts and property

From start to finish the process of booking this property was simple and easy. Clean with everything for a great holiday and ideally located, this is a great holiday home. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive. We had a great time.

Beautiful spot, child friendly, lovely hosts!

We stayed at the house with our 3yr old daughter and had an amazing time at the house. The host collected us from the train station and made us a delicious dinner one night. We could help ourselves to oranges, lemons and anything else growing in the garden. There was lots of toys and a great playhouse for our daughter. There was also boules and a table tennis table for the adults. Lovely terrace to eat out on which we did every meal. We had no car but it was only a short walk into town and from there could get tram/taxi to beach and nearby towns.We will definitely be going back soon!

Great place, clean and tidy, very welcoming and perfect for peaceful break!

The house was easy to find and exactly as described, in fact better in reality than expected. Maria left us some wine and fruit for our arrival which was lovely and came to greet us. The house is close to Soller with the nearest shop in easy walking distance. A car would be a bonus particularly if you're a large group but it is not essential, there are buses and trams available and you can walk easily to the town centre. The house itself had everything we needed and was very clean. The shower was really powerful which can so often not be the case! The kitchen is well stocked with all crockery, cutlery and glasses you need as well as plenty of pans etc if you wish to cook at home. Great sized fridge and freezer meant we were able to buy groceries for the whole week and easily keep them fresh as well as plenty of ice for the G&T's! The terrace and garden are lovely to sit out with plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy eating out or just relaxing. The pool is small and not heated but that didn't affect our stay, just something to be mindful of if you want a break where you lay by the pool, this isn't the right property for you. Overall we had a wonderful break here, felt very welcomed by Maria and family and the neighbours along the road. Soller itself is beautiful, the Port De Soller is a lovely beach area with plenty of cafe's/restaurants/bars and can be reached easily by tram from Soller. The house was perfect and would very highly recommend it to anyone for a relaxing break!

Lovely week

We had a wonderful week at this lovely house, which is beautifully situated with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The owners are extremely welcoming, and it was lovely to be able to pick fresh vegetables and herbs from the garden whilst we were there. The house is well equipped, with everything you need in the kitchen (apart from a bread knife!). It is close enough to the centre of Soller, with shops and restaurants just a 10 minute walk away. Port de Soller was a short drive away, with lovely beaches and our favourite restaurant of the holiday. Just one note of caution - if staying in the house, don't follow Google Maps recommended route from the airport. We found ourselves driving down the hillside on a rough track not much wider than our car. There is an easily driveable route across Soller to the house.
