"Really helpful owners. Nice views and small terrace, ideal for breakfast with the early morning sun. Good choice of restaurants locally. 1 week is not enough time to explore Madeira!"

un petit bémol

nous avons éte reçus tres chaleureusement par Dalila et son mari . ils sont de bons conseils pour les restos , commerce et visite de l ile . appartement tres propre bien situé et tres bien équipé face a l océan . un petit bémol tout de meme , les aboiements des chiens durant la journée et le bruit des résidents dans le couloir assez tard le soir . dommage !!!

Wir waren in dieser Wohnung im Juli zwei Wochen. Saubere gepflegte Wohnung. Schlüsselübergabe ohne Probleme (Grüße an Pascal). Apartment zu empfehlen...

Für 2 Personen perfekt, auch länger

In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt für 2 Personen bestens ausgestattet. Sehr angenehme und freundliche Vermieter, welche vor Ort sind und auf Fragen und Wünsche sofort reagieren. Vielen Dank!

Sehr laut

Mit viel Mühe haben wir die Anschrift gefunden. (2 Stunden SUCHE). Die Ortsangabe wäre viel einfacher wenn das Restaurant A Traineira angegeben würde, es liegt direkt unter dem Appartement. Doch dieses Restaurant war auch das größte Problem. Bei unserer Anreise wurde uns gesagt, das das Restaurant renoviert wird und wir tagsüber mit den Baugeräuschen leben müssten ....tagsüber war gut. Die Arbeiten gingen bis morgens um 3 UHR bohren, flexen, hämmern, usw. Nach 4 Tagen wurde das Lokal wieder Eröffnet. Der Geräuschpegel war schlimm. Bis nachts um 24 Uhr wurden die Stühle und Tische sehr geräuschvoll bewegt...danach wurde die Küche aufgeräumt, Töpfe und Pfannen flogen akustisch durch unsere Wohnung. Das Haus ist so hellhörig, dass man jeden Schritt und Bewegung der Anderen Bewohnern der 10 Appartement live mitbekommt. Aber nun auch noch etwas positives: Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage ist direkt am Meer.Alle sonstigen Angaben des Vermieters treffen voll zu.
