Fully furnished, air conditioned, three bedroom, two bathroom villa providing an exceptional standard of accommodation with its own private swimming pool. Furnished to a high standard with a large balcony and sea views from the master bedroom. Downstairs consists of modern open plan living with the front door opening onto the dining area with a wrought iron dining table, six chairs and side board. The spacious lounge area has a 6/7 seater corner sofa, coffee table, side board, and corner entertainment centre with TV (Sky package included during peak months), DVD player & PS2. Fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dish washer, breakfast bar with stools, kettle, toaster, iron etc. Small cloakroom with wash basin and W.C.
Patio doors from the living area lead to the front pool area and patio with four wicker chairs, coffee table, two sun beds with pads plus two fixed loungers. Ladder entry 8m x 4m pool set in open landscape garden with charcoal BBQ for alfresco dining. There is a outdoor table and chairs for 6 people in the sheltered patio area to the rear. Covered car port area provides shelter from the hot sun and security for any hired vehicle.
Upstairs has a master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes with small security safe, bed side tables with lamps, dressing table, mirror, air conditioning unit and patio doors to the balcony. A beech cot is easily accommodated within the room for any very young guests. Spacious ensuite with shower cubicle, W.C and wash basin.
Bedroom two is furnished to the same standard with wrought iron framed double bed, fitted wardrobe, bed side tables with lamps, dressing table & chair, mirror, and air conditioning. Duel aspect windows with a view of open farm land to the rear.
Bedroom three has two single beds, fitted wardrobe, bed side unit with lamp and air conditioning unit.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower, W.C and wash basin. Pool and bathroom towels provided for your convenience throughout the villa.
Chosen for its close proximity, just 350m, to the beautiful Corallia beach with its golden sand and safe shallow slopping beach which leads into the sea. Doted with several large rocks and with sun loungers to rent Corallia provides a safe, secure and relaxing area for families. Close to the 5* Coral Bay Beach hotel with its man made harbour housing fishing boats, scuba centre and sea sport area entertainment, cafes, shops and restaurants are close at hand. A 10 minute walk will take you to the larger Coral Bay beach with further water based attractions and on from that the busy main Coral Bay strip with a full selection of bars, shops and restaurants.
A car isn't necessary when renting as you have all facilities within a 5 minute walk and with a regularly serviced bus stop opposite the gated complex the main Coral Bay strip or Paphos town with its world heritage attractions are easily accessed.
At approx €40 Paphos airport is just a 30 mins taxi drive away with regular flights to all UK airports. Alternatively a bus runs direct to and from Corallia beach approximately ever hour throughout the day (high season) from the airport for €4 each.

A Bedfordshire farming family with three now teenage children we bought the villa 7 years ago specifically on this development having rented one the previous year and found its location to be so perfect. Still a great holiday destination for our children restrictive school commitments mean we can't get to Cyprus as often as we did. We have therefore decided, having returned from a fabulous holiday this July, to start renting it out.
With a great couple now managing the property I feel very confident every need of our guests will be expertly and promptly dealt with.

With its own pool it is a perfect spot for families, young couples or older groups seeking peace and relaxation. Walking distance to two beautiful beaches, bars, shops and restaurants. Car hire is not essential as everything is a short walk away. Close to the main terminus buses run frequently to Paphos and Aphrodite Water Park, Karting, Harbour front restaurants, incredible Roman Mosaics and shopping. An outdoor BBQ and ample seating means a perfect setting to watch the sunsets. The villa has all the comforts of home with big a large sofa and contemporary furnishings, satellite TV, DVD, and PS2. A 5 minute stroll will take you to the Coral Bay and Corallia beaches where you will find safe swimming and beach activities including sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, para-sailing, peddlos, inflatable rides and more. Excellent local restaurants, pubs, banks, internet cafe and a supermarket are a short walk away.
We had the loveliest stay in this villa. I was fortunate enough to travel with two companions who can rustle up a meal from nothing and not once did they complain about the kitchen equipment.The generous corner sofa was ideal to lounge along with the evening g&t in hand and every morning I woke up, I felt glued to the bed as it was so comfy.We spent very little time in the villa during the day as we were easily drawn to lovely beach just a two minutes away. We had our own snorkeling equipment but there was also plenty beach stuff in the pool cupboard had we wanted it. A wee dressing/console table and mirror in the room with the twin beds might have helped to prevent the room looking like a Tracey Emin exhibition but other than that we couldn't find a single fault. The place was perfect for us.
This is our second stay here and it was as good if not better than the first. The house is very well equipped and maintained. The villa managers, Yvonne and Gary, do a great job and are very responsive. The location is excellent; a quiet street only 5 minutes from one of the best beaches and easy walking distance from the Coral Bay restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful family holiday in the villa, our teenagers loved it. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Yvonne, the villa manager was superb, so responsive and helpful. We had a great last night at Savvas Grill, a short cab ride away, we went to the Greek night which was brilliant. Overall a really enjoyable holiday.
We found the villa to be bigger than we expected. 7 of us stayed and found it spacious enough. Any issues we had were sorted swiftly by the villa manager Yvonne who was lovely. I would recommend a car rental if you want to get the best out of the area as the main strip is a half an hour walk which isn't easy in the heat and we found taxis to be quite expensive. There was a good variety of water activities at coralia beach. The main coral bay strip is great and had lots of family friendly restaurants and a play area. The food was fantastic at every restaurant we went to. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the villa and will definitely be returning.
Long let this villa to enjoy a Cyprus winter. Had a lovely time hear enjoying its situation on a private estate within easy walking distance to beach and coastline. The friendly Villa manager was easily contacted for advise and information although we had no issues with the villa during our stay. We had a lovely time!
The whole family enjoyed 10 days here, relaxing by the pool, visiting (and eating out in) Paphos and Coral Bay, spending time on the beach (only 3 mins walk away), and generally having a great holiday.
The villa has everything you need, booking with owner Janet was hassle -free and Yvonne who manages the property locally was friendly and helpful - recommended!
