Lovely holiday in a parti...
Lovely holiday in a particularly well equipped and maintained mobile home. The owners have 2 properties and we rented the larger at approx 40 m2. The property has an enclosed terrace which is good for those with young children as it gives them a safe, secure area to run around in.
Equipment provided was of a very good standard. The property has 2 bedrooms, one master with king size bed and another with bunk bed and fold down bed. The owners helpfully dismantled one of the beds to make room for a travel cot.
The campsite itself is smaller than some in the area but this made it a bit more peaceful than some of the larger, more full-on options. We found it to be very well run, clean and generally a lovely place to stay. There was a good mix of nationalities without any one group dominating things. All facilities very well kept with a lovely pool area and well stocked shop. We went in peak season and although the campsite was pretty full it never felt too much.
There are numerous beaches in the area. The closest (Le Racou) was about 3 minutes walk from the site and has a nice parade of shops, restaurants and cafes. Restaurants were friendly and well priced and there was an excellent Epicerie with good local produce.
We would definitely return to this campsite and would rent the same property without hesitation. The owners clearly take very good care of the property and were very helpful throughout. All questions ansewered straight away and easy to deal with on an administrative / financial basis.
