42 Valley Lodge is a delightful upside down style mid-terrace lodge set in the grounds of Honicombe Manor Holiday Resort near Gunnislake in Cornwall and can sleep six people in one double bedroom with Jack-and-Jill access to the bathroom and two twin bedrooms. There is an additional shower room. The rest of the lodge contains a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and a first floor balcony with furniture plus an additional patio with furniture on the ground floor. There is also unlimited use of the on-site facilities. 42 Valley Lodge will suit a family or group of friends looking for a lodge with lots of things to do both on and off site. Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, TV with Sky Movies, DVD, WiFi available in the leisure areas on-site, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. On-site parking for 2 cars. Balcony with furniture. Patio with furniture. Shared use of on-site leisure club at Honicombe Park (closed 25th December and 1st January only) including indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool (May – Sep inclusive), sauna, mini gym, outdoor chess and tennis courts. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: First floor balcony, children to be supervised. Note: Bar and restaurant on the resort open during main season. Note: The owner provides a welcome pack.
