House description: villa for 6 people with 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 double room & 1 with 4 bunk beds, spacious living room & dining room, newly renovated kitchen (brand new appliances) & bathroom (with shower), and external shower.

Facilities: The villa is fully furnished and equipped (i.e. large fridge/freezer, gas stove & oven, dishwasher, washing machine incl. ironing appliances, satellite TV, fans in each bedroom. Linens for the bedroom, kitchen, and bathrooms are provided for. The exterior is fully furnished (sun umbrellas, sun chairs, couches, tables, & barbecue).

Extra services: Possibility of house cleaning and to send/receive fax/mail.

Property description: Charming villa in perfect conditions (newly redecorated) surrounded by the typical mediterranean vegetation & landscape (dwarf palms, agave, pines, jasmin & rosmary), patio, big garden fully furnished with different relax area (gazebo, barbecue...). The property is situated in an ideal location a few hundred meters from groceries stores, pizzerias, bars, newspaper & tobacco shops. The old borgo of Scopello is at Km2 where is possible to access all other services such as postal office, bank, paramedics, bars & restaurants. Also easily reachable are Castellammare del Golfo (Km8), the natural reserve of Lo Zingaro (Km4), the archeological sites of Segesta (Km20) & Selinunte, Motia (Km5), thermal sources of Alcamo & Montevago, Palermo (Km70) & Trapani (Km50).

Wonderful!

The house is perfectly equipped, the sea incredibly beautiful, the surrounding area relaxing, and close to many attractions. We have already spent two wonderful summer holidays. Looking forward to the next one!

Wonderful holiday

We had a wonderful holiday. We loved the villa, the settings, the garden, the sea .. everything was great. Mrs Hanni and her daughter Jasmin couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. The villa is comfortably and stylishly furnished and decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. A car is necessary for exploring this amazing part of Sicily. I can definitely recommend this villa.

Great place to stay

It's a great property - excellent location, beautiful surroundings and, with a car, you have everything you need in the local area. A real gem. You can swim in the sea off the rocks at the end of the garden (long path), but there are much nicer beaches nearby. Only catch - not for people who are scared of dogs!

"This is indeed the most tranquil and beautiful place with private swimming off the cliffs in the owners garden. The lovely baglio in scopello is 3 mins drive away and 5 mins to the Zingaro national park, hope you see the Bonellis eagle! The owners are most charming."
