Available for rent a beautifully styled contemporary 2 bed apartment sleeping a maximum of 5 people (plus travel cot) located on the exclusive villa development of Niza Beach on the Costa del Sol. The apartment has been finished to a very high standard providing everything you could wish for to have an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. The apartment has a very large open plan living/dining space with patio doors opening up the whole front of the apartment out onto the pool area. The air conditioned living area comprises a seating area with a large L shaped sofa positioned in front of the 42' LCD TV (with satellite and DVD). Then there is a dining area with seating for 6 and a further seating area with comfortable seating positioned near the pool but still being inside. A great spot to sit and relax with the doors open to escape the mid day heat. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Two bedrooms (one with on suite) and a further bathroom.

Beautiful Accommodation

Luxury 5 bedroomed air-conditioned villa on the new Niza Beach development only 3 km from the popular Spanish holiday resort and wide sandy beach of Torre del Mar. The villa is split into 2 self contained units which can be rented individually or as a whole, (please note no other groups will be in occupation if you are only renting one unit). Both units are furnished to a very high standard providing everything you could wish for to have an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. Both units contain large TV’s, DVD players, Satellite TV and come with fully equipped kitchens including dishwashers, washing machines, coffee makers etc. Outside the villa there is a private swimming pool set in landscaped gardens and a driveway to park a car.

Nice Place to Stay

The property itself was nice but there were a few issues with the shower in the 1st bathroom. We couldn't get the hot water to mix (just cold water) and the filler around the shower tray was moulding and could do with replacing. I did not use the shower. The pool was filled with dead leaves and seemed cloudy so we did not go in it. The instructions left in the property explained that the pool is cleaned on specific days but we saw no one. This was not a big issue as it was just my wife and myself but if we'd brought our family it would have been an issue. The bed, for us, was very hard and uncomfortable but I think this is down to preference as others may have found it ok. Overall it became a base and not a place that we spent much time in to be fair. The views were lovely and once you got used to the area and knew where you were going, it was not hard to get back and forth from.

Great Place

We had the top floor 3 bed apartment and it was extremely comfortable. Quality of fixtures and fittings was second to none, the house and pool are in an upmarket conurbation with friendly neighbours. A car is very necessary as there is nothing within walking distance, but Torre del Mar is just a few minutes away and has everything needed. Highly recommended for those wanting a place that is roomy, luxurious and quiet.

The town of Torre del Mar is only 3 km from Niza Beach and provides everything you will need for a fantastic holiday. There is a large sandy beach backed by a lovely promenade and many international restaurants including traditional Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Argentinian, Mexican, French, Moroccan and vegetarian. There are also plenty of ice cream parlours 'heladerias' along the seafront serving every type of ice cream and enormous ice cream sundaes. A variety of water sports are available on the beach at Torre del Mar and others at nearby Lake Vinuela and there is a new golf course about 5 km away. Torre del Mar is an excellent base from which to explore Andalusia and the Costa del Sol. Granada and it’s fabulous Alhambra can be reached in under 2 h as can the snow-capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada. Within a 30 min drive of Torre del Mar there are plenty of traditional Spanish villages set amongst beautiful countryside with stunning views.
