Perfectly located by the sea

We loved it here swimming every day. It's so easy to access the water over the rocks and no sand! The garden is lovely too. Monique gave us a lovely welcome and also suggested some great things to do and see. Can't wait to go back!

Great location. Quiet and beautiful. Close to town. Lovely swimming and snorkelling.

We loved Monique’s place by the sea. It is tucked away and fronted by gentle sloping rocks leading down to the sea with uninterrupted views. You can swim and snorkel right in front of the house in warm clear water, which we did before breakfast and most evenings. Town and beaches are very close by. Try the Mara beach cafe in the adjoining cove for lunch and drinks. You can walk from the cafe along the peninsular for quiet little coves and crystal clear waters. (The drive to the cafe is down an off road track which is steep and bumpy but ok if approached carefully in your hire car). We also had days out inland, walking in the mountains (a few hours on the GR20 out from from Calenzana), did some canyoning on an organised trip and visited the coast at Tour de Spano which was beautiful. All local and easy to reach from Calvi. A lovely holiday enjoyed by us all. Monique is a charming lady with a house in an excellent position. Thank you Monique. (Try Air Corsica who fly out of Stansted on a Saturday at competitive rates) Mike K

Séjour idyllique

La maison est les pieds dans l'eau idéal pour aller se baigner, faire du snorkling ou autre activité nautique !! C'était top ! En plus on peut aller à Calvi à pied par le sentier des douaniers !
