Full Description: Incredible seafront flat - vacation rental in the Port of Soller, Mallorca Spain. Totaly reformed in with only quality materials and taste. 2 beautiful double bedrooms. Incredible views from every room. 2 bathrooms. Large terrace. fireplace. Well equipped kitchen with espresso maker, coffee maker, microwave, fridge- freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer. It is in the old part of the village with shops, bars and restaurants just a few steps away. Distances: Soller town approximately 15 minutes by road/tram. Palma City centre is approximately 30 minutes by road. Palma airport about 30 kilometres away, approximately 40 minutes.

50 percent deposit due at booking and balance due in cash on arrival.

Cleaning / towels / linen / maid service: Towels & linen included. Cleaning service prior to and after each visitor. 80€ cleaning charge. Iron / ironing board.

Special interest holidays: water sports, tennis, golf, walking tours all locally available.

A penthous to enjoy

We arrived on November 1 and were welcomed by our hosts, Rainer and Britt, with a nice bottle of wine. We quickly learned that the apartment was unusually well equipped and best of all; good beds. The view from the apartment is spectacular covering the whole town, the bay and the surrounding mountains. A short walk downhill and you are at the beach front with shops, restaurants, the marina and the train that takes you to Soller. We stayed the first week of November and enjoyed perfect summer weather like the best of our Norwegian summer. Only one caution; if you are afraid of heights you may find the balcony a challenge even if it is quite safe.

Wonderful location, wonderful apartment!

This apartment is ideally situated to enjoy a stay in Port of Soller. Only a short stroll from the shops and restaurants, it is just as it looks in the photographs and the large balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. It was really clean for our arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. Port of Soller itself was just a delight, with so many high quality restaurants we were spoilt for choice. We were made to feel so welcome by the friendliness of the locals, a week was not long enough. Special thanks to Greg and Pedro for their help during our stay!
