Superior well equipped apartment in a small complex with a lovely pool and second pool for children, all surrounded by beautiful sub tropical gardens.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, spacious lounge/ diner, laundrette and well equipped kitchen.

There are two balconies offering one for sun and another for shade, with sea peeps and views of the golf course.

There is private secure parking space for one vehicle.

The apartment is situated in a refreshingly quiet and relaxing location, yet only 3 minutes level walk to the beach, golf course, upmarket bars and restaurants.

The bustling town of Motril and the resort of Salobrena with its 11th Century Moorish castle are a few minutes drive away.

The Heritage site of Alhambra Palace is approximately 45 minutes drive and is a must for visitors to the area where the Moorish culture can be experienced.

There are a wealth of picturesque white painted Spanish villages that are waiting to be explored where local bars will welcome you with a Tapa and a drink.

For water sports enthusiasts there are Kite surfing, Windsurfing, Jet Ski hire available in Playa Granada.

There is a small supermarket close by and there a larger supermarkets within a few minutes drive.

L appartement est tres bien le balcon donne toutefois sur le coté d'un appartement voisin ce n'est qu'en regardant sur le coté que l'on voit le lac du golf

le coin est tres calme et est un peu éloigné tout de meme de salobrena, la plage de sable gris est proche"

Prior to retirement, the proprietors spent much time in Costa Tropical on holiday and due to its ease of access from the UK by air, they decided to purchase property in the area in order to enjoy the Spanish lifestyle experience. There are a whole wealth of beautiful whitewashed villages in the area to visit in addition to magnificent scenery. For culture lovers, the Alhambra Palace at Granada is within less than an hours drive and for snow sports enthusiasts, the slopes of Sierra Nevada are within an hours drive.

Playa Granada is ideally suited to families and sport minded visitors alike with its miles of sandy beaches and many types of water based activities, in addition to the 18 hole Los Moriscos golf course which meanders through the resort.

The area is level, great for walkers and cyclists, allowing safe access to tree lined boulevards between the resort and fishing Port of Motril, with smart bars and restaurants along the way.

The neigbouring resort of Salobrena and its quaint white washed town and labrynth of winding streets, crowned by the 11th Century Moorish Castle, is less than 5 minutes drive, as is the town of Motril, which has many smart shops, restaurants, bars and lively nightlife.

The town of Almunecar and water park is 15 minutes drive and popular tourist resorts of Nerja and the mountain village of Frigiliana are less than 30 minutes drive.

The neighboring countryside of the Alpujarras, Sierra Nevada’s and Lecrin valley is breathtaking with white washed villages and the legacy of the Phoenicians, Romans and Moors being evident by the many monuments. The fabulous Alhambra Palace in Granada, the last foothold of the Moors in southern Spain, is less than 45 minutes drive .

Eating out is inexpensive and the tradition of free Tapas with every drink is a unique custom of the area.
