Great beach cottage across the street from the beach with a private pool. Pool is heated to 84 degrees in March, April, May. September, October. The pool is NOT heated in November, December, January and February. Enjoy the exceptional beach views from this cute island cottage. Features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large living area with an open kitchen. It has a direct path to the beach. Sleeps 6. Each bedroom has a smart TV. The King size bedroom has a view to the beach with a large master bathroom and large walk in closet. The two queen bedrooms share a bathroom. One queen bedroom has a view to the beach. This home has a fish cleaning sink and a charcoal grill outside. Due to fire codes, no grilling on the porches. There is plenty of parking space under the house for two cars and plenty of room to park a boat. Sorry, no smoking, no pets. Cable TV is not longer provided. Internet is provided and you will need your own streaming account.

Great place to relax and unwind

Really enjoyed our stay a Loggerheads we just spent our time relaxing around the pool. It was ideal for us. Our stay was in the middle of a road trip and the idea was to break up the journey, it certainly did that. Only thing that was slightly annoying was that there were no dishwasher or washing machine tablets/liquids supplied. I mean who wants to got out and buy this sort of thing while on vacation, use one or two and leave the rest.

3rd Year at the Loggerhead

The property was amazing as usual. This was our 3rd consecutive year at the property and its great to see the small things are consistently cared for. The property is clean, the location is amazing. The owners clearly care for their property as well, which is evident in the maintenance of the grounds. Each year we've returned we've seen repairs and improvements that show the hosts are involved and truly invested in ensuring this is a premiere rental property on SGI. The beds are comfortable. There have always been an appropriate amount of linens and towels. The Loggerhead is truly a place to leave all your worries and stress and relax, enjoying the seclusion of St. George Island.

Great house and will definitely consider staying here again! Never thought much about having a pool but really loved it. Such a beautiful view and short walk to the beach. Comfortable beds and furniture. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!
