At the foot of the Pic Saint Loup, near Montpellier, beaches, the Camargue, the valley Buèges, Uzes, Nimes. Life is quiet and very appreciated nap beside the pool. In the garden, the air brings the scents of Mediterranean cuisine and scrubland. Our villa is designed in a simple and enjoyable as a real holiday home, no stress, low maintenance, all the comforts, all organized so that everyone passes good vacation in the serenity and good humor ! All services are nearby. No malls but traders helpful and friendly, medium sized supermarkets, doctors, post offices, garages, bakeries, butchers ... You only have to put on your basketball court and bring your kids run in the scrub, through vineyards, visit the Bulls, picking herbs for cooking, breathing the fresh air, picnic on the banks of the Hérault go to the beach ...

Vacances entre amis dans l’Hérault

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances dans cette charmante maison idéalement située dans l’arrière pays de Montpellier. Nous avons séjourné à 3 familles dans cette maison spacieuse et confortable au décor soigné. La maison offre surtout un espace de vie extérieur très agréable avec une terrasse en bois donnant sur une cuisine d’été et une magnifique piscine. Entre découvertes et détente nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur confiance.

Schönes Haus, katastophaler Reinigungszustand

Voller Freude sind wir angereist, nach unkomplizierter Schlüsselübergabe haben wir das Haus betreten und fanden unser Feriendomizil in einem miserablen Reinigungszustand vor. ALLE Oberflächen waren extrem staubig und es befanden sich Verschmutzungen unserer Vormieter (Glasränder und klebrige Reste) auf den Tischen und Nachtschränken. Zusätzlich waren sehr viele Spinnenweben in allen Ecken und Wänden zu finden. Die Fenster waren dreckig und die Fronten der Küche, die Schränke von innen und teilweise auch Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen waren stark verschmutzt. Wir haben mit 5 Personen am ersten Tag 5 Stunden geputzt, um das Haus überhaupt "bewohnbar" zu machen. Jeden weiteren Tag haben wir weiter gesäubert, da wir immer wieder Neues gefunden haben, was ohne Reinigung nicht benutzbar war. Das gesamte Geschirr und die Gläser waren staubig oder schmutzig. Die Abflüsse in der Küche und im unteren Bad waren verstopft und die Perlatoren der Wasserhähne waren so verkalkt, dass bei jeder Benutzung die Spiegel und die Person davor vollgespritzt wurden. Das Inventar der Küche war teilweise nicht mehr benutzbar und sehr ungeordnet. Es fehlte an großen Töpfen zum Kochen. Als wir die Vermieterin auf die Missstände aufmerksam gemacht haben, entschuldigte sie sich damit, dass die Häuser auf dem Land schnell wieder schmutzig werden, was wir im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts angeblich selbst sehen sollten. Der Fall ist tatsächlich nicht eingetreten. Das Haus hat in der Zeit, in der wir da waren, keine neuen Spinnenweben oder riesige Staubberge gesammelt. Als wir der Vermieterin angeboten haben, dass sie uns 10 % unserer Miete als Wertausgleich für unsere Arbeit zurück erstattet, hat sie nicht mehr geantwortet. Trotz des schönen Hauses können wir diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.
