EXCELLENT PROPERTY....EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY......
The property was BEAUTIFUL. Very well maintained. It had everything in it that one could possible ask for. The owners were the FRIENDLIEST people. We got to the property a little early and they let us check in when we arrived. We loved the atmosphere so much. All of the dogs were as friendly as the owners were. I would go back a thousand times again. Look forward to going back as soon as time allows me to. Thank you for the wine, the nuts, the coffee and everything else. We had a BLAST. I would recommend a visit if you have not already. Thanls for the hospitality. Lisa Brown

Peaceful country ranch
We stayed 4 days at this property with such wonderful down to earth folks. The home was nice and clean. The view of the pasture is amazing. Sunrises are gorgeous! We fished numerous times and caught blue gill mainly and a bass right on the property pond. It was just a great time to slow down in this ole world and just relax and unplug. The horses are beautiful and friendly. It was a great experience and we are so thankful and blessed these sweet folks took us in and opened up their "slice of heaven on earth" to our family. Thank you Susan & Tim for sharing that with our family. We sure appreciate it. May the good Lord bless you and shine his face upon you.

Tim and I bought this property in September of 2011 and after we retired in April 2012 we moved here to our wonderful new (to us) home. We love the country and this was a great place to us. 71 + acres with 2 homes, (we live in the first house) not to large but a good piece to raise cows have our horses, dogs and cats.

Why they chose this property

We came to Tyler, TX as a friend of my husbands moved here 24 years ago and said we should come visit. We did, and loved the area and found this wonderful property. We live in the 1st house and decided to rent out the other for those that want to vacation in a quiet beautiful country setting. We are not far from Tyler (7mi.) or Lindale (9 mi).

What makes this property unique

We love that the homes sit back off the road. The porches on both homes are fantastic to sit on and enjoy the beauty of the trees and pastures with 3 spring fed ponds, watching the different birds and wildlife come through is so refreshing. Both homes are older and we just feel at home and hope ya'll will too.
