This apartment is ideal for families and also for young groups of friends. We can host 6 to 8 persons in each apartment, but larger groups should let us know as we can also provide you with another apartment next to this one. We can host a total of 14 persons, and bigger numbers can let us know as we can provide alternatives.

Property is modern, superbly located, close to all holiday needs like beach, best nightlife area on the island, casino, best restaurants, sandy / rocky beaches, water sports. Property situated in a quiet residential area, in walking distance to all activities. Spacious accomodation, fully equipped,2 double bedrooms, double 120cm sofa bed in living area for 1 to 2 persons, foldable bed available. Airconditioned living area which also cools bedrooms, where there are still fans in each room. Very quiet safe area but few minutes walk from all amenities. Please note that we also have an adjacent property side by side, which also sleep 8 persons, so we can cater also for larger groups.

Spinola Bay and the 5km promenade to Sliema are just minutes away from the apartment - Plenty of nice restaurants and pubs. For party goers and young people, Paceville is just a 10 minute walk away!

Less than 8km from airport. Taxi for maximum 4 persons - do not pay more than 20 euro in total or else i can organize for you, safer that way!

5 mins walk to Spinola Bay - the most popular restuarants, an beautiful fishing village which became a tourist hub, the most popular zone in Malta, with a promenade all the way to Sliema starting here, and nice blue clear sea to swim in.

15 mins walk to Paceville - Main nightlife area of the island, many nice bars, free discos, very good nightlife. very good restaurants, blue flag sandy beach full of young people / families with children.

Not ideal for people with limited mobility as St.Julians zone leading to coast is a bit hilly.

The owner is a nice person, he help us in all.

We are a young people group.

We have spent five days in Malta. The apartment is better than shown in the photos. This practically new , and very well equipped . The beds are comfortable and spacious rooms. The wifi worked well , except for one day , but the owner soon fixed that . It was a pleasant stay.

It is a house very close to shops , restaurants, beach and party area , Paceville.

We hope to return soon , but next time in summer.

"l'appartement est bien situé, non loin des arrets de bus et de paceville (le quartier pour sortir) soit environ 5 - 10 min a pied. Le proprietaire est tres sympa, pret à rendre service... L'appartement correspond bien a l'annonce... n'hésitez pas !"

Decue car les photos ne correspondent pas du tout au logement que l'on a eu.j'avais reservé 3 chambres et arrivée sur place,il y en avait que 2.De plus,le logement était sombre avec une odeur de renfermé et d'égouts tout le long de notre séjour mais propre avec toutefois des draps tachés!!!Nous n'avons pas même pas vu le propriétaire!!!et pas de vue sur le port comme stipulé dans l'annonce mais toutefois bien situé dans le ville de st julian's!!!!

Owner's Response: Dear renter, this person has a language problem, and when she saw photos of the area, she understood that it means seaviews. she was also offered an alternative, which was a 2 bedroom property. i also offered to organise airport transfer, which they refused, and then they got all lost. please have a look at all the other reviews which are nearly all 5-star ratings.

"Sono stata nell'appartamento di Kenneth per 5 giorni con la mia famiglia.

La posizione è centralissima, 10 minuti a piedi da Spinola bay, dove si trovano ottimi ristoranti e una bella vista. L'unico inconveniente è la salita, al ritorno, ma non è così importante.

Il quartiere è silenzioso e tranquillo.

L'appartamento è più grande e accogliente di come sembra nelle foto.

Kenneth, il proprietario, è una persona gentilissima: ci ha organizzato il trasporto dall'aeroporto, ci ha consigliato posti in cui andare a cenare ed è stato disponibilissimo per ogni nostro problema.

I stayed in Kenneth's apartment with my family for 5 days.

The location is very good, 10 minutes on foot from Spinola Bay, where you can find good restaurants and great views.

There's a climb to come back home, but it's not a big problem.

The neighborhood is quite and paceful.

The apartment is bigger and nicer as it seems in the photos.

Kenneth, the owner, is a very kind person: he organised our transfer from the airport, he suggested us places where to eat and he was available for every kind of problem."
