The displayed rates are for 4 people. Extension possible up to 6 people with additional bedroom with a large bed (+ 30 € per night).
Certain periods supplement from 7 € to 11 € / D of heating package.
A tourist tax (per day and per person) to be paid upon delivery of the keys.
Possibility to rent household linen (duvet cover, sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels). Large bed 28 €, small bed 24 €, 2 hand towels / person 5 €.
Departure possible until 6 p.m. instead of 10 a.m. (supplement 30 €).
Animals: yes after agreement

A deposit of € 600 is to be paid by check (or in cash for non-residents of France) upon arrival. This deposit is returned upon departure, minus any damage.
